  1. Brighton are such a good team to watch
  2. I think Leicester will caused them enough problems to get something if they can keep it tight at the back
  3. From my own viewpoint I think its value for money as I do buying a Rovers shirt but others don't. I think clubs needs to understand Different people financial and work commitments situations. For example as me and @Miller11was saying that not everyone can afford or commit to ST right now but in August or September they might be able to if their Job situation like secure a permanent job or promotion they shouldn't be penalised cos of this.
  4. Fair enough. I think JDT has decide Pears is his number 1 for next season so Kaminski has asked to leave which Rovers will have agree to. I don't know if we will sign a new keeper we have to see now
  5. City looked quality and Gundogan's first goal is Magnificat finish. Everton need 1 win at least from their last 2 games. Wonder if Leicester City will get something tomorrow night against Liverpool
  6. You keep budget cuts every time. What happens if we signed a keeper with some experience to challenge Pears for the number 1 jersey keep you happy?
  7. I was talking from next year when they new TV deal kick in and they will be 10 EFL fixtures not being played at Saturday 3pm kick off each week. That was my point. Some fans have been put buying ST's cos of games being moved for Sky TV coverage and lack of Saturday 3pm kick off. People like @PeteJD13have been put off buying ST for him and his children cos of the lack of value and the games they can get too which great shame for them. Yes it doesn't affect me of you about games being moved but it does for others cos value of ST over the number of games they can get to meaning no point being a ST. So Yes, Rovers should be trying to do more about trying get more fans in attend to games and I applaud the efforts of people from Rovers trust or Fans forum trying to get their message over. Cheaper ST's would allow them to make game ticket cheaper meaning more fans in the stadium creating a better atmosphere at Ewood Park. I have bought a ST for the coming season as for me its value for money and I can make every game, but others can't for various reasons. So the clubs has come up with different ideas like maybe loyalty scheme or membership scheme in the future As I said the lack of understanding of people current financial and working situation is massive problem from Rovers as I and others have said. Rovers should be advertising ST offers on Blackburn with Darwen buses or on their advertise tv around Blackburn. As I said the other day, I would help we send renewal packs to our elderly ST holders who don't have email or use social media. I wouldn't renewal pack or advertisements coming to my house as I knew the offers and I received regular from Rovers but Rovers should have been sending advertisements letters to people who have purchases match day tickets throughout the season or at few emails during the early bird offer and I would expect them to send them even now.
  8. Salford played well yesterday and Striker Matt Smith was the best player on the pitch by far.
  9. good summary of the game and I agree with you lacking a cutting edge to their play. I do feel that their end of season results and performances have affected badly going into the playoffs now. Maybe Carrick is learning that now
  10. I bought one at the Early bird price as for me this is my main social activity and so its no brainer to renew given I make every Home league game
  11. Yes I read and listen to Pears interviews so it would suggested he wants to be first choice and play first team football so we have to see going forward. I don't know what Kaminski situation is. Doubt many would. We see over the summer.
  12. we don't know what will happen or whether Pears will be number 1 next season. Have to wait and see if Kaminski will be sold and leaves or if he stays and fight for number 1 jersey. Have to wait and see
  13. Yes I think in future All football clubs are going to have to be flexible with the ST/ticket prices and what fans can attend and not with the new TV contract coming into played in 24/25 season. I can attend every game and I don't missed league games but for many fans they can't make every game so clubs need to flexible in the future, and they need to talk and consult the fans on what is going to need going forward
  14. deffo, plus no pressure on Sunderland players. Surprised how poor they been second half. After Sunderland scored they looked second best I agree @roverandoutpoint, plus talking so openly about advising Stuart Harvey to leave us for Sunderland which were league below us at the time.
  15. Rob Edwards need to make changes to his team. They aren't in the game at the minute
  16. We will have to disagree on Pears's ability. How can I criticism Rovers or JDT when we don't know the full story? I don't know what been decide or what JDT thinking is. I don't know what Kaminski is thinking. none of us do, But what we do know that Pears has signed a new 4 year contract and JDT prefer him over Kaminski when both were fit towards end of the season when he could have put Kaminski back in. we have to disagree as I don't think Pears made us weakness this season. Not for me or JDT and Rovers staff have more belief and confidence if Pears, Hilton and Eastham then you do.
  17. wouldn't want to moved there. I have a great view of the pitch and cracking view thanks.
  18. I think JDT was right for sticking with Pears To understand why JDT has decide why Pears is number 1 and the reasons behind. Thanks for answering the question. If Pears is number 1 for next season would you like another keeper sign to be number 2 or would you use Hilton or Eastham as number 2? I think the decision has been made that JDT prefers Pears as number 1 so Kaminski wants to leave this summer to be number 1 but also for family reasons.
  19. thanks for the reply. each fan is different. I like watching the dinner time kick off game whether PL or EFL then go and take my seat. fair play to you for being so open and honest about wanting to sit in there. I sit in there 25 years ago and haven't since sat there. Was tempted to move to Jack Walker upper near BBE but I've decided to keep my seat in BBE this season cos of the view and I've sat in the same seat from years now. Probably season after for this
  20. Patrick Roberts at right back? wow. Luton to win this 3-1 with Morris scoring
  21. I think 12k ST holders target is good target but I do think you are right about people in these positions not understanding financial pressures and job situation with ordinary families and that quite alot of people work on tight budget or do have permanent job or only work part time. Also I would like to see Rovers put tickets for walk-ons fans on sale much sooner so like 2 months advance to allow people to plan especially with the current financial situation of some Rovers fans.
