I wonder how big the hotel would be and how many seats they would be for fans in the stand. Supermarket in the Riverside stand I don't see the need when you got every supermarket already in the town and in a better location. Plus Parking would be massive issues on match days.

I sat in BBE and arrive at the stadium very early. I don't used any facilities most of time apart from the toilet and thats it. I am always wearing my snood whilst at Ewood Park cos of the cold weather. I can't see supporters not being allow in stadium given that you are outside watching the game. If more restrictions was to come in it would affect pubs, clubs, restaurants, etc not sure Plan C is needed anyway

If you are spending 20 million pounds plus on 1 player at most PL club he is being bought to play there regular from the start?

No buying Club is going to loan him back when he is likely going to be a starter for that club
