You do it the right way not the way Watford have. You should approach the club first and agree terms first I want Farke. He is the right man to take us forward. I think Rovers will appoint DoF in the few days(based on my opinion and couple of other things) then bring in head coach who I would want Daniel Farke. I can understand your comment on Liam Manning but I think he is off to QPR imo. I agree with your last comment if we make the wrong appointment then it could be league 1. Who are backing to replace Mowbray? I backed Daniel Farke and got good odds on him.

Thankyou Tony Mowbray for the last 5 years and you have rebuilt the club I supported after Coyle left this club. I will remember our promotion season from League 1 and I will remember certain games from that season and the last 4 seasons in championship. But if Rovers are to get promote we need a new manager to take that next step. Sadly Mowbray hasn't been that man. -
I think the Rovers manager/head coach job is a very attractive job for most good to decent managers/head coach out there. The things that's makes this manager/head coach job is a very attractive are we have a great academy that is producing players for the first team, you are allow time to build a team and allow to the football side of club, hopefully a decent squad there and could be good ones if the right signings are made where promotion can happen, hopefully a decent football transfer and wage budget. I am hopefully a good appointment can be made for the manager/head coach job. Are you happy with the 4 names you have seen linked with the job in Farke, Carvalhal, Ainsworth and Hughton? I think more than enough good/decent managers/head coaches will be interesting and want the job

I'm surprised by this news tbh if its happens but he appears to jump ahead of Gary Kirsten and Graham Ford. I thought he would be good choice as white ball head coach tbh

Watford have move fast for next season head coach appointment will be interesting how they go and how much time he will get. Massive Gamble by him -
Hopefully some news this week then Well Mercer, I hope you are correct Bobby Mimms would be my choice It's time for Rovers and Waggott to commilunicate to the Rovers fans whether its Written statement or video interview on Rovers TV about the plan going forward and what the footballing structure will be

Farke was head coach at Norwich and Their Sporting Director Stuart Webber picked Farke as head coach and work with him on signings. Webber had the contacts in Germany and he vastly improved their scouting network and together they got Norwich promoted twice. Webber did their signings but worked with Farke on them

If Nixon list of Farke, Ainsworth, Carvalhal, Hughton and couple of surprises on the shortlist is correct. Then I would like to know who these 2 surprises names are. Hopefully we can make an appointment quickly within the next couple of weeks, but if he is right that they haven't decide whether to appoint a manager or go Sporting Director/head coach structure.

Well I am backing Zak Crawley to be success and I expect him to be vice Captain

The time looks right for England to take a chance on Josh Bohannon (msn.com) I agree with this. My team for the first test against New Zealand would be Crawley Lees Bohannon Root Lawrence Stokes(C) Foakes(wk) Broad Parkinson Anderson plus 1 more fast bowler

Not at all. Mowbray should have took at least a playoff place if not second place. But unwillingness to learn and adapt cost us massively. Meaning we missed out. I do think they need to improve the management structure but I don't think anywhere near as worst as previous years when Shaw, Agnew were here.

Mowbray has said it was his last game after Birmingham game. So we have managerial vacancy like I said. For some reason you keep saying we don't have this but we. Rovers will be getting cvs in and Waggott will be conducting interviews shortly..if you want to believe that fine. We see shortly. I couldn't give a monkeys about a phone call to Mowbray and he never said that would deffo happen.

How much has Huddersfield to achieve 3rd and playoff place? Or Luton? Or Barnsley last season? You mention Norwich but under Farke(and their Sporting Director Stuart Webber) rebuild the Norwich team by selling James Maddison and other players. In his first season, he spend 13 million pounds, signing 17 players in that season whilst selling players for just over 30 million pounds, then his second season where he achieved promotion he spent just below 5 million pounds, signing 10 players whilst selling players for around 33 million pounds. So that's 18 million pounds on transfer ins whilst bringing in 63 million pounds on transfer outs. So he has had sell key players like James Maddison, Josh Murphy, Jacob Murphy and Alex Pritchard. Then bringing in cheaper replacements from overseas. here is his first season of transfer ins and out Norwich City - Transfers 17/18 | Transfermarkt here for his second season and promotion Norwich City - Transfers 18/19 | Transfermarkt We should be wanting promotion within 2 seasons if we appoint the right manager Also where is your ambition from you or are you happy being a mid table championship team/club for years to come? Should we not be a PL club anymore or ambition to get there
