I would look at it that way. The only player I would be upset about losing massively is Rankin Costello. I have watched his development at the club over the years. Always impressed me I agree that the owners don't understand Football and how you have to make quick decisions at times, If I had my way Waggott would be gone also. There is plenty of good footballing experience CEO's out there who could replace him.

That is what the owners have been investing in the past 2 years to make sure we have organisation, all the scouting tools and data analysis that is needed to make sure we have knowledge on the players we should be signing. So why isn't Mowbray listening to Stuart Harvey and our recruitment department? Mowbray is the person who said he built a top 6 quality squad this season. His words. On Buckley and Dolan, I would be building my starting 11 around a mixture of young talented players like Dolan, Buckley, Pickering, JRC and signing experience players like Jack Hunt, Sonny Bradley and Jordan Hugill(on loan) to add to the Kaminski and Lenihan then look for quality players from lower leagues and European leagues who can add quality and depth to the squad and the starting 11. Plus using some under 23's players like Pike, Carter and McBride in the 1st team squad. Its was about 7 weeks/2 months ago I wanted him out. Since then I haven't change my view and from everything I've seen so far since then as endorsed my opinion he needs to go. If we have a change of manager and if we make a good appointment(Massive IF). Then we have a chance of top 6(within 2 seasons) depending on who the appointment is and who he recruits. If Mowbray is still here then staying up will be priority

Firstly, thanks. I heard about Wyscout about 4 years ago as teams starting using it. Yes I was surprised last summer that we didn't sign more players from Europe than 2 players we did. I surprise we didn't sign an European centre back and left back at least aswell as a centre midfielder. But why didnt we tho? Did Mowbray rejected suggestions/recommendations from the recruitment department last summer. The owners have invested heavily in this recruitment and data analysis department so I expected they want results. If I was owner of the club I would be asking Mowbray why did we sign Ayala, Douglas and Downing last summer? What do you mean we aren't a proper run club?

Waggott's role is to run the admin side of the club and make sure we meet EFL rules. He wont be involved in selecting our new manager for sure judging by who is usually involved in selecting our new managers. What do you want and expect from the fans forum now? Yes. very similar reasons to @roversfan99. I have missed attending games and seeing games live inside a stadium with friends and family. Don't like or enjoyed watching Rovers on tv or on a laptop. Its aint the same after being ST holder for over 20 years. I also won't allow any manager force me anyway. Also When next season starts hopefully we have a new manager in place and positive. If Mowbray is still there, I expect fans will voice their feelings to him very quickly.

I would rather Beattie or Duff on our coaching staff then Venus and Lowe. Duff has been coach at Celtic and Republic of Ireland and Beattie has been coached a number of teams under Monk. You would have thought Mowbray and Venus being defenders in the playing careers they would have been able to buy us a quality permanent centre back signing in the last 3 years. Well this is Mowbray squad and the squad he has build with the financially backing in terms of wages and transfer fees paid. His squad doesnt fit his philosophy. Misused of Gallagher every game. I would build my team around Kaminski, Nyambe, Lenihan, Dolan, Rankin-Costello Travis and Buckley. Plus Pickering They will organised lists of players for various positions. who the owners are thinking? IMO, The recruitment department should have done all the scouting and data analysis by now. Will have compiled different lists for different positions down to cost and rating. Down to the manager to selected the players we should be chasing and offering contracts to. Adam Reach, a left winger from Sheffield Wednesday. Out of contract this summer Ashley Fletcher, a striker from Boro. Out of contract this summer Jordan Hugill, a striker from Norwich. Not playing there. Possible loan option depending on a number of factors. I'm sure there is plenty of other options out there any manager whether its Premier League loan options, overseas options or players from league 1 or 2 with talent and ability to play Championship football. What do you mean nobody knows what they are planning? in terms of recruitment departments have lists of targets? plenty of good players whether its out of contracts players or players who would cost low fees, etc. Down to the managers to chose the right targets after the recruitment department do they job!
