  1. delighted for Wycombe and Ainsworth
  2. No personal wealth does come in to this for Norwich or Burnley as they aren't owned by Billionaire owners. Stuart Webber has told you the reasons why they didn't spend so instead of keep debating the issue look at his comments and he has now put Norwich on solid financial footing. They instead improve their training ground facilities which was poor when Webber and Farke went there(as they have said in previous comments), Improving Academy facilities and imporving their recruitment and Scouting departments which will help them long term. Its makes sense when you look into the financial problems when Webber was appointed and that's why Ed Balls who was behind bringing Webber in and completely restructuring the football side of the club. But Norwich did spend money improving their structures within the club and not just focus on bring players. So overall the club is in a much better position financial and structural. I am talking about what Norwich have done for their long term future of the club based on the comments from Webber and Farke. 3 years ago the club was days away from going into administration. So Webber has protect the club future long term instead of their over spending that happened years before it
  3. how does everyone think we will do? any lineup thoughts? Millwall recently have been playing 3-4-2-1 formation.
  4. Like I said and others their owners aren't wealthy owners. Delia Smith and her family are worth around 25 million I seen. The club is now on sound financial footing. Webber and the board including Ed Balls(Former MP) wont put the club at risk again going bust as it was only days from happening before Maddison and Murphy were sold. You would know all this if you listen or even read the interview with the links Provided by myself. Yes they have improved the club by investing in training ground facilities, improvements at that academy plus recruitment and scouting departments. Farke knew it was going to tough task. And him and Webber weren't willing to risk spending millions on players given the club financial status 3 years ago. They could do a Burnley under Dyche as I have already said. If we went up and I would expect to be relegation. anything else is a bonus.
  5. So if you aren't interested enough to watch the Webber's interview then why debate the issue. Cos he answered your questions in the interview. As Webber said in the interview he wasn't prepare to risk the financial future of the club and put the club on sound financial footing. Its easy for you to say they should have said x amount of money but you need to look beyond your own opinion and look at the reasons cited by Stuart Webber, Daniel Farke and their board Well if you had look at the Webber's interview He stated their young talent players wont be sold on cheap.
  6. We have no idea what Venkys are thinking and what their plans are for next season. They seem happy enough to keep funding the club. They might back a spending spree or sensible budget or cut backs meaning 2 key players need to selling and players Mowbray wants are restricted to free and loans. Who knows. We will see in the next 12 months. FFP laws need scraping at this level
  7. Webber has rebuilt that club where it is a better financial footing then when he took over as cover. I was impressed by his openness and honest in telling fans, pundits and other people that he was to blame for not over spending and insisting he make the right decisions
  8. Have you read or watched the 2 links I posted on here? I would suggest you read or watch the video of Stuart Webber's comments. He is very open, honest and blunt. He wouldn't put Norwich's financial future at risk. He said he is to blame for not spending and he isn't bothered he is blame cos he is protect the club's financial future. Its very easy for you to say spend this or spend that but if you listen to Webber's comments he wasn't prepared to do that. They have improvement in the Club academy, training facilities plus scouting and recruitment departments within the club. Norwich don't have an owners with millions after millions to spend. When Webber was bought in was to change their reliant on their owners and run the club on a sound financial footing Norwich was set to go bust only 3 years ago before they sold Maddison and Murphy. You mention Burnley? But didn't they go up then got relegated and then got promote season after?
  9. Of course we should be looking domestic based aswell.
  10. Stuart Webber's interview on Norwich City and going forward.
  11. Brereton and Gallagher aren't a number 10
  12. Sorry all I did was post the info that was post out by a Journalist. That's it. I had seen McLaughlin played a few games but not enough to proper opinion
  13. just my opinion and based on that Mowbray wanted this European scouting network in place. So surely its time we used to make signings from otherwise it is a waste of time.
  14. You are spot on that Farke was orders from Board and their sporting director Stuart Webber. Webber picked Farke and their clearly agree on the club policy of not over spending. Their players will be better for their experiences this season 3 years ago Norwich were days away from entering administration due to overspending in their PL days and not getting back at the 1st time. They sold Maddison to Leicester and Murphy. The board under Ed balls and Smith have had to made cutbacks. Webber was brought in to oversee a completely restructuring the football side of the club into the scouting, recruitment, academy and cost of signing players. Under Webber and Farke they have signed some quality players from Foreign leagues like Pukki(free), Buendia, etc. Plus bring through academy players like Aarons, Lewis, Godfrey and Cantwell. Aarons and Lewis have PL interested from clubs with the Premier League. I would keep Smith as he knows the championship and I would replace their sporting director who was behind majority of these signings at Villa this season
  15. I expect the next number 1 keeper to be foriegn
  16. Walton isnt on HSH books. He is with crown football agency. Have you look through the agents of our players currently?
  17. Hodgson is only head coach there. Imagine its Freedman and Parish who decide who they sign
  18. Bennett's contract ends in 2021 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/46235542
  19. Holtby has another 12 months on his deal. Maglorie is still at Rovers. Why do you think Brennan get minutes? Where have you heard Palace are interest in Gallagher?.
  20. I wasn't confused by the tactics today. The 4-3-3 false 9 formation didnt work aswell as the Cardiff game but WBA are much better team then Cardiff. As Dack said in the commentary we move to box midfield which is 2 defensive midfielders with 2 number 10's and 2 strikers. Not seen us played it before. Seen in Spanish and German football. We adapt to the different formation very well. Millwall game team selection? I haven't thought about it yet.
  21. I don't wind People up Sparks. Very strange comments. Not me at all. It's my opinion that this team under Mowbray has made progress under him. That's my opinion if you disagree fine by me. But that's my opinion. Put Dack back in the team with a quality keeper, partner for Lenihan and good left back and we can make top 6. Must keep Armstrong and Travis. Play Davenport next to Travis. Yes. Dack said in the commentary on Ifollow
  22. Disappointed not to win that game at the end. Pleased Rothwell scored and had impact again. Holtby and Davenport should have scored. Rothwell, Holtby, Davenport and Gallagher all came on a gave a positive performance. Progress being made by us under Mowbray.
  23. Very pleased Rothwell scored.
