like I said asked me at the end of the season about whether the season has been progression or not when we know the final league position and points total. Rothwell hasnt performed this season as much as I would expected but his confidence hasnt been there all season. I wouldn't get rid and give him this summer to use this scouting network he wanted at the club to make some signings and see how next season work out. I would like Damien Johnson given a chance to be manager/head coach here and he would be my 1st choice. Other names I would look is Karl Robinson or Lee Bowyer or Gary Rowett or Richard Wellens or Gareth Ainsworth.
