we aren't utilising his best assets because yet again we don't have a proper central striker it was same last season when Giles first turned up. If we had a half decent target man within this squad we'd be 6 pints better off imo but again same could be said of last season.

Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?

Then in a run hopefully to finish in top 6 again next season TK picks up one of his regular knocks or loses form and we throw an untested kid in ? No thanks, long time since we've had two good keepers vying for no 1 spot and it has played its part in us -so far- maintaining a challenge. Is it really worth weakening the bench to save a few per week at best ? -
Have they bought up all the £99 tickets yet ?

Hope he's handling life after football ok he needs to get himself a coaching job or something if hes nothing to do. Last time i saw a picture like that it was Gordon Cowans car hanging out of the front of Simon Garners shop courtesy of some of our friends the other side of Accy !

I though quite a few were but the lack of communication at the back was the biggest issue imo.

Looks like a 1920's Ballroom with a few 70's disco vibes !

Manager and players bottling it has sod all to do with the crowd it's all on them everybody always turns up to cheer the team on. Then they start passing it around at the back, giving it away to relentless counters and looking at each other like strangers and the life drains out of the stands. Get out there get in their faces and show the intent, -
That's Mowbray style talk and it should have all but left for the North East with him. Hopefully he might fancy a million pound punt but in all seriousness how much do you expect somebody like Pears to command ?

Of course there is 100% and they are comfortable losing a certain amount per year. They'd have dropped Rovers like a stone if it was draining their cash or threatening their empire to the tune of 15-20 mill every year otherwise. Crazy to assume anything different, pride my arse we just don't actually cost them personally much at all we just sit in a corner of the books. Handily offsetting profits and probably funnelling a million or two a year from the main business into a City of London offshore playboy retirement fund.

Not seen a player grab a game by the scruff of the neck like JRC in that second half yesterday for a long long time. That lad really wants it it's a pity a few others don't show the same, Dolan as well was at it all game. Not his best footballing wise but he was a nuisance for them pressing and niggling from start till he went off. Surely the time is approaching to start JRC in the middle or right side attacking midfielder or something as he is showing real ability to cause problems in and around the oppositions box. Could give us the extra dimension we are lacking in the first half of too many games again. -
Huge game and one the team and fans have no excuse not being up for, non of this mustn't lose attitude it's a must win. They all are now.

Ball boy was probably under instruction from ballbag Colin but if you play with feathers you'll end up getting tickled. Lesson for him there. -
1500 of them will feel right at home there with all the other plastic glory hunters.

Got to keep Kaminsky then he's the more accomplished of the two and plenty life left in him yet. -

All part and parcel of the job and if they are vying for the no 1 spot we'll get the best out of them. Wouldn't want to be rotating keepers but Kaminsky does have a habit of getting injured so Pears would get his chance again. -

Keep both it's a no brainer for me unless someone is offering a big fee for one of them. We don't need the hassle of rooting around for another keeper when other areas are desperate for attention. -

Brereton playing where he does only tends to score when he puts a shift in and the team are. Otherwise he's generally anonymous which is what he has been lately. We won games without him before and with Thomas on the right we looked more balanced. -

Wouldn't say the squad was a mess but it needed urgent work. We wouldn't be where we are if it was a mess, Tone and the gang had left a foundation but they'd lost interest in anything other than water treading years ago. Another key thing for me is we never replaced Khadra who was inconsistent himself but always a thorne in the side of the opposition in the final 3rd. Meant we could stretch teams a bit even if it came to nothing too often. Took an age to get someone like Thomas in but now we aren't using him or getting out of him enough. -

And that was one of my points yesterday i looked at the team sheet and thought this will be the same old stuff that didn't work last week. 5 mins in i 100% knew we were only going to end up going behind before long and it shouldn't be like that. If we know what do we think the Norwich bench think ? They knew as well. Be casual against a side like that and they'll punish you the reason we did them twice is because we got after them. Reason we did Sheff U and should've done them in the cup is because we got after them and didn't give them a mins peace. Stuff like that first half yesterday is pathetic to be quite honest given what there is to play for but off course there's a raft of excuses and sorry for ze fans. Yes we made chances later on and should have taken one but for the most part they cruised at 0-0 then 0-1. That's the problem. -

Why can't we go all out for the play offs the same way as we went all out to get to Wembley ? That's my issue with the coaches, players and club attitude in general. Everybody busted a gut for that but we fell short all be it gallantly and that was a platform to build on. What we have seen since has been poor on all counts as if it just isn't as important. 'Oh there's always next year for the league but a Wembley chance might only come round once a decade' Sorry but the league and a play off spot are ultimately more important for many reasons and i can't get my head around the lack of genuine desire. -

The biggest balls up last season was the 4 Mowbray was able to bring in Jan and the choices of those signings and how he subsequently used them. We can argue all day about whether there was money or not but we have to go on the evidence at hand, he got some money to bring 4 in which doesn't usually happen under Vs in Jan. They might as well all have stayed at home. JDT hasn't had that luxury in January this season i think that's a point well worth considering. -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach

And a startling lack of plan B or any idea how to make in game changes to swing it around, that's the biggest failing of JDT and his staff this season.
