  1. I don't know who Ben Rosen is. That is why I asked the question, but thank you for your imput.
  2. What is his job, and how did it effect the team last season ?
  3. No, what is natural, is to have people in position that are good at their jobs.
  4. I wouldn't say a young player who can't nail down a first team spot, is a flop. Maybe his time hasn't arrived yet. I think to play him in the U21s is better than trying to force him into the first team, if the manager thinks he is not ready for it.
  5. That's better than being a master of gibberish bullshit.
  6. I answered a question, I did not give an opinion.
  7. And if Ayala doesn't get injured at the week-end, then we won't be in big trouble.
  8. When I was an apprentice, I was sent to the stores for a long weight.
  9. Gent is a left full-back, he started the last U21s friendly at center-back, he was awful there. Of the other center-backs, (Annesley, Saadi and Pratt) I would say Pratt is the only one who may make it as a pro. He is an old fashioned type of defender, when in doubt, put your boot through it.
  10. Believe me, he is good enough, but I think at this moment he will be on the bench to cover injuries and bookings.
  11. Carter is probably a couple of weeks away from being available. 1 center-back coming in would be helpful, but not, in my opinion a necessity.
  12. Just the 4 players for the two positions. I don't count Annesley or Saadi, because I don't think either are good enough.
  13. Not many do anyway.
  14. As long as you keep her on a tight leash.
  15. That fateful day in May. The Nobbers let us down.
  16. Or you could look at it as, we still have our first choice center-half pairing, available. With cover of the bench, in the form of a youngster who many believe will play at a level, well above the level we are at now. Carter may not be out for long.
  17. So Phillips has now jumped up to fourth choice center-back, not the end of the world.
  18. And we both have. To quote the great Brian Clough. If we have a disagreement, we can sit down and discuss it, then we will both agree, I was right.
  19. Just because you say it, doesn't make it true. The exact same applies to me.
  20. For me, I would say. Ideally we could do with both, if we don't get either, it won't be the end of the world. I don't think we are anywhere near, critically needing both.
  21. In my view, it doesn't matter where Dack is played. If his fitness levels aren't there, it won't be a success.
