  1. You are right about Uncle Jack being later. It may have been Bill Fox, I just seem to remember Carrs dad seemed to cause a bit of tension with someone at the Rovers. I may be completely wrong.
  2. No, I am compairing your statement of travelling 14,000 miles in seven days with the person who was sat probably 10 foot further forward. I would say being in first class Diaz probably relaxed or slept most of the time he was travelling, so yes that will help in his recovery from his exertions. So do you think Mowbrays team selection was good against Swansea, I don't. This is a rhetorical question.
  3. Didn't Carr end up being a good bit of business by the Rovers. Wasn't it mentioned that Carrs father (also his agent), didn't see eye to eye with Uncle Jack.
  4. Well the morning has come and still no tickets on sale. And then they wonder why crowds are low.
  5. For me I would like to see Boro and sheff utd win. But as long as we win, I am not bothered about anyone else.
  6. I hope the pilots don't have the same attitude. Diaz hasn't walked the 14,000 miles, he will have travelled first class, not that tiring. How many minutes does fit for the bench qualify you for. If a striker got injured in the first minute would we bring on Diaz or say someone else will have to go on because Diaz cannot play a full game. I would like to think that Dack wont get a place on the bench until he has played a full 90 for the U23s. PS. I have travelled a lot further than 14,000 miles in 7 days and still been expected to do a physical job. Not that it has any relevence to the Diaz situation.
  7. Giles at left wing-back. If Diaz and Khadra were not fully fit, they shouldn't be on the bench. As they where deemed fit enough for the bench, they really should have been starting.
  8. Diaz and Khadra should have started, if they can't last the full game that is when you make a change, not at the start of the game. I still do not have trust in Mowbray as our manager.
  9. It's less than two weeks till the Millwall game, and still no tickets on sale.
  10. And a poor midfielder at that.
  11. I've done similar £150 for two nights, Greenwood hotel, Uxbridge.
  12. I agree, except with your statement about if we lose, then our hopes of second spot are over. It would be hard, but not impossible.
  13. Any news on the update of the 92 club ?

  14. 10 of that 11 should have picked themselves in those positions on Saturday. But Mowbray shuffled 4 positions. He should have started the two forwards who he later brought on.
  15. I would be surprised if any offer for the Millwall game is anything but derisery. But we live in hope.
  16. I see the UK and the republic of ireland have put in a joint bid for the EUROs. Why do we need to involve the republic of ireland. We have enough stadia in the UK to stage the competition.
  17. Too many players played out of position. Mowbray to blame. As with most things, the simplest repair is usually the best.
  18. I couldn't believe that the Rovers had agreed to arrange this event on the same week-end as the play-offs.
  19. I'm just a kid in America.
  20. Which ticket are you going to get ? For me it's got to be the play-offs
  21. I doubt Waggot would understand the logic.
  22. Two good bits from yesterday. 4 hours to get there, no hassle at all. The faces of the Welsh in the bar, as they where slaughtered by the Irish.
  23. The Forest manager is an ugly bugger.
