  1. It went with the terraces.
  2. On the booze early ?
  3. A bold, but unprovable statement, in a somewhat corrupt environment.
  4. I'd like Mowbray to be honest.
  5. If Carlsberg did slimy backstabbers.
  6. Brown cow on livesey branch
  7. Before kick-off I would have been happy with four points from the three games. We are still on track for that, so I am happy enough.
  8. The way round the pricing rule is to offer home fans the Bristol game in a bundle, say £40 for two games. It can be done, but I don't think that is part of Waggots strategy.
  9. Maybe the best attacking midfielder, but not the best midfielder as there is a defensive side to midfield.
  10. That's a statement that I never expected to see.
  11. Depends what you are wearing underneath !
  12. It's a familiar term of endearment in that area of England.
  13. That day at Birmingham none of the team came anywhere near pulling their tripes out.
  14. A forward who scored goals for us, but also fell on his arse a lot and peperred the Blackburn end with shots. But was a fans favourite.
  15. It's quite simple really. In my opinion Annesley is not good enough to play at league level. The day he does play for a league team I will abmit I was wrong. If you think Annesley is a league standard player, that is your entitled opinion. Only time will tell who is right.
  16. I have registered on the Hibs site, they seem to think that our only problem with Kean was that he was a shit manager. I think they are in for a rude awakening.
  17. At center-half, he is behind Phillips, Carter, McGloire, Wharton, Lenihan, Ayala, who are all our players. But that matters nothing to the fact that, at the moment, he is not good enough for league football. Personally I don't think he ever will be
  18. The last time I went to this fixture it was by train to Parson Street, I recomend doing that, there are a couple of decent pubs between the station and the ground. One was a ardent BCFC pub with loads of memorabillia on the walls. The old adage, keep your gob shut and you won't get any trouble, came into play. An easy, 10 minute downhill walk to catch the train back, after the game.
  19. For the foreseeable future, you will still have to.
  20. So you raise your game when you play the big boys.
  21. I think he may make it at Non-league level. To me he is an average defensive midfielder, trying to play center-half.
  22. If you look at the top edge of the banner, on all the times it appears, you can see hands holding it up, so I would suggest it is posed there temporarily whilst the photo is taken. I may be wrong.
