  1. Not sure Gudjohnsen would be much cop upfront on his own. I think his success was largely down to having a strike partner who did all the running/donkey work.
  2. We're absolutely not beating these lot. They're 3rd in the form table, 4th in the league, have won 5 of their last 6 away from home (as @JHRover points out above). Players coming back or not, we're still a shocking squad with an incredibly poor manager. I can see us taking an absolute humping here. 0-3, a load of excuses and a call for calm as we still have 17 games and 51 points to play for)
  3. Leicester have sacked their manager.
  4. Watford had no problems playing us off the park for the first 20mins of the game. Excuse culture is rife through the club. They've already got them lined up for when we fall through the trapdoor into league one.
  5. Why are we bothering with £1.5m bids if they want £5m? Another complete load of bollox by Nixon.
  6. The manager (and club presumably) think the season will last forever. "There are still 20 games, 60 points to play for" "There are still 19 games, 57 points to play for" "There are still 18 games, 54 points to play for" And yet, games keep passing us by without a win.
  7. A draw was comfortably the worst result for us today. Keeps the pressure off VI but doesn't give us much for the relegation battle. A loss, might (although I'm doubtful) have ended Ismaels reign. A win would have given us an obvious boost.
  8. I can't believe there are people think that the club dropping 25% of its fan base isn't a big deal. It was an absolutely excellent first step along, what could be, a very long road.
  9. They've announced it as 4-2-3-1, which is baffling as he's only switch formations when he's got players back.
  10. Judging from the warm up videos, I'd say the boycott has been a roaring success. Looks like a behind closed doors friendly.
  11. The fact Pratt hasn't made the squad at all (assuming he isn't injured) is a disgrace.
  12. It'll be the second one, he's already said he won't be changing formation.
  13. Desperately hoping this is the first step in ridding ourselves of this ownership. It's been 15 years, quite frankly we've been incredibly patient but it feels we are definitely at a point of no return with Venkys. They're done, there is no getting the fans back on side, our relationship, not just with them but with the whole hierarchy is fractured beyond repair. Rovers is our club, not theirs. It's time to take it back. As final note, if this boycott isn't as successful as hoped (in terms of empty seats) we can't be too down hearted, it's just the first step and the longer this ownership keeps dragging us down, the more people will follow with action.
  14. They've just equalised in the 95th minute
  15. Despite being 1 down, they look significantly better than we have done in our last 2 games.
  16. Unbelievable. And what a horrific piece of business letting Travis go as well.
  17. Eustace can take Derby into the playoffs (even if it's temporary) with a win against WBA. And yet we chased him away and replaced him with this fucking clown.
  18. Unwanted by a relegation rival who are in total free fall. Injury prone Sounds like our man
  19. Based on the team news: ---------------------Toth ------O'Riordan--McLoughlin--Pratt Miller--------------------------------Powell ------------------Tronstad -------------Mori-------Cantwell ----------Ohashi---------Jorgensen Something like that.
  20. Yeah, Ismael said that like 4-5 days ago. Baffling.
  21. Miller, Mori, Cantwell & Alebiosu all back for this
