  1. Good move for him. Genuinely hope it works out well for him. He'll have less time to work with players so he'll need to adapt to that but I'm sure he'll do a good job.
  2. I still get 28 in those first 18 games (undoubtedly I'll have made an error somewhere) but it's irrelevant either way, we were still conceding more goals than the majority of the league, I dont know if the averages above are in the normal ball park for goals conceded (deffo not the December onwards ones) but we weren't that good defensively (compared to the rest of the league) at best we were below average.
  3. Have you seen any potential timescale he'll be out for? Be a shame to lose him after he only just came back.
  4. Nar we weren't. (Assuming the data I'm looking at is correct) We were 17th (joint with Plymouth) for goals conceded (28), we were propped up heavily by the fact we were the 5th higgest goal scorers by this point (31). We've been down in the lower echelons for goals conceded for the majority of the season. Clearly the wheels fell off in spectacular fashion from December onwards. Results were obviously good enough to see us sit 7th at the time but clearly the "outscoring the opposition tactic" wasn't sustainable in the long run.
  5. According to Jackson, that's the first time we've come from a goal behind to get at least a point, at Ewood this season. And it's only the second goal from a set piece we've scored this season. Jesus wept.
  6. Under JDT, I was quietly confident that we'd do well in this one. Can't see the same hope under Eustace with the style he employs. It'll be 1 way traffic and we'll have no chance of holding out for long. I think we'll be incredibly lucky to lose this by any less than 4-0.
  7. Ends 1-1, a good result in isolation but results around us mean its not so great.
  8. Oh, I thought that other fella was assistant manager?
  9. Tough game but Norwich don't have the best away form. Really hope we can pull something out of the bag here and nick a win. Reckon we might take the lead before our old mate Ashley Barnes comes back to haunt us again. Wouldn't be against Faz laying an elbow into him tbf.
  10. Needs to stay fit for a good few games too. He's another that loves an injury.
  11. Szmodics has been poor so far and if he's not on it, we're always going to struggle.
  12. It's not on the red button But you can part with £10 to the Rovers website to watch a substandard stream that may or may not work correctly.
  13. Roy Hodgson has stepped down from his role as Palace manager. Assume it's because of his health issues he's had recently but Palace really need to get their next appointment correct. Close to the drop and playing relegation rival Everton tonight.
  14. Only managed 4 wins in 12, 6 losses as well. He's not been that good for them and they clearly have loftier ambitions than plodding around midtable. Only 4 points off the top 6, a new manager might be able to make that final push. Wonder if it will be JDT??
  15. 6-8 weeks out. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Speedy recovery Mogga.
  16. Amari Bell goes back to his Rovers form and makes an absolute howler in thr first 30 seconds against Man Utd, gifting them a goal.
