I was unlucky enough to see 3 of those and although we were poor we weren't disorganised and all over the place. Eustace had his faults but Ismael appears to be hopeless and, worse, the players clearly don't believe in him Some will disagree but I think the players aren't playing for him - how were they supposed to make sense of that starting line-up last night?

Ismael's reaction to the Derby debacle was to pick a team last night that was so bizarre and clearly wrong that it left everyone scratching their heads. Even after just 3 games, I think it's clear Ismael doesn't know what he's doing.

The owners and Waggott and Co are the ultimate cause of our downfall (as we all know) but Ismael is the manager of the team and is responsible for results and he has to take the blame for the lamentable performances since he came in. With Rovers in the top 6 when he arrived his job was to coax the team along to the end of the season, not indulge in wholesale disruption to tactics and formations to try to make the team play his way. He's actually achieved the seemingly impossible and made the team worse. What he's done is poor management .

Fans were aghast at tonight's starting line-up - what do you think the players were saying? It looked all wrong and it turned out exactly that way. Players aren't stupid and they talk amongst themselves: they'll have decided already Ismael is a dud and doesn't know what he's doing.

It’s his own fault. He took over a team that needed coaching into playing pragmatic, mistake free football to keep us in the top 6. Instead he’s tried to impose his own way of playing and in the process confused and lost the players and destroyed the team’s confidence. Poor, unintelligent management

I got shot down after the Derby game for saying the Rovers players aren’t playing for this manager but what more evidence is needed?

Where was the “reaction” at Derby and why should it be any different tonight? Apart from a brief spell at the end of the first half at Pride Park the players looked like they’d logged off for the season. Stoke will be up for this with Derby reviving and the Stoke manager has a very good record against us. It’s difficult to see anything other than another sorry defeat Stoke 2 Rovers 0
