  1. Apart from one or two lone voices it was noticeable the lack of reaction from the fans at the final whistle. To be honest we were so poor everyone was stunned into silence. Fans deserve better than today but I doubt the “board” will do anything until fans start to make their anger at Mowbray heard. He also needs to know he’s not good enough at present
  2. Sitting there watching us 4-1 down was as depressing a feeling as I’ve had in 55 years watching Rovers. Older fans haven’t many years left and it’s clear many of us will never see us back in the top flight where we belong
  3. A properly functioning club would have sacked him after the match. He’s had a lot of money to spend and he’s wasted it. Today’s performance was one of the worst I have seen in many many years, probably since the 3-0 pasting at MK Dons under Bowyer. He should go
  4. Cannot believe he said that. He’s deluded. Is he feeling the heat though? Who at Ewood is putting him under pressure ?
  5. On the train home. What did he say?
  6. Harris walked away because of the abuse he was getting from fans. I did not hear any calls for Mowbray to go today
  7. This might be an over reaction but we were so abysmal today it’s not beyond the bounds of possibility we’ll end up in a relegation fight. I was shocked how bad we were. It’s been said many times but the defence is so soft it makes blancmange look like a lump of concrete. Bennett Williams Bell and yes lenighan looked what they are which is league one defenders QPR are very average but we gifted them all 4 goals with defending straight out of Sunday league football. Their supporters who were expecting another defeat - they haven’t beaten us in any competition for 20 years - were actually laughing at us. It was that embarrassing We actually played well in patches in the 2nd half despite conceding 3 goals mainly because the statue that is Danny Graham had been withdrawn at half time. The team looked more fluid and Dack came into the game more. I like Danny but on that display he’s not worth a place As for Mowbray time is surely running out. The team looked demotivated and disinterested in the 1st half when QPR were surely there for the taking. And did my eyes deceive me but did Mowbray have Evans at centre half and Tosin at right back after Lenighan went off? What sort of muddled thinking is going on there? Sorry for the rant but the prospect of a 5 hour journey home and having spent the best part if £200 I’m sure not the only fan who feels severely cheesed off to put it politely. Well done to all those who made the trip. We deserve an apology from Mowbray
  8. That was awful not one goal threat we are a poor pedestrian side
  9. 2 very poor teams on show rovers no creativity a grey team in grey shirts
  10. Easy goal poor defending cross from right where was Bennett?
  11. Nuttall looks lost
  12. Bell on league one back 4 now
  13. Cunningham off ligament damage I reckon
  14. Cunningham knee injury not looking good
  15. As a contrarian better who has made a nice bob or two betting against your predictions, thanks for the latest tip. That's a 3-0 defeat then. Money placed.
  16. Rhodes was a pure goalscorer - the rest of his game was poor. It's no coincidence he wasn't picked up by PL clubs. The best modern strikers have to do so much more than score goals. Unfortunately in Gallagher and Brereton we have 2 strikers who aren't very good players and don't score goals either.
  17. Yep, they attacked. Mr Cautious of Nuttall Street doesn't know the meaning of the word - except in the last 10 minutes of a game when it's too late
  18. Adventurous team selections and attacking football ??
  19. Clutching at straws. We ain't Villa and we ain't Norwich. The difference is they had dynamic managers prepared to take risks.
  20. We have a board that has no power, is unable to make decisions without the consent of the owners, and appears to have people in place who have little knowledge of football. Managers come and go at the drop of a hat; if Mowbray left this week a good board would have a list of names to target within days. I'd be surprised if our lot have even thought about it.
  21. Have to disagree on that I suppose. It's a glorified shed to me, with restricted view from the away end - because of the steep angle of the stand you have to lean forward to see the goal. Fans are generally OK though. Unlike Millwall, you don't feel threatened there.
  22. £38 to visit the dump that is the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium (Loftus Road to proper fans) And people wonder why attendances are falling.
  23. Mowbray's had one for 18 months
  24. Taking risks, losing matches, losing his last job in management. And wanting to keep topping up his £10m pension pot.
  25. Barely October and it's clear as day the club's dead in the water and going nowhere except stuck in the middle. At least Tony's pension fund is doing well...
