Bristol City like Norwich at Ewood.....keep it tight and nick a goal. That's how you win promotion Rovers just not good enough at present.
-
Same old weakness. Shuffling a load of third division players around doesn't work
-
Rubbish Mowbray.
-
If we're depending on Nuttall might as well go home
-
Preston Agree. Forlorn hope Preston 1-0 at Notlob
-
What ???
-
The mighty Brentford losing 1-0.

It's an Ashes summer. Over-rides everything
-
Horrible windy day to play football. I hope the Rovers players are up for it
-
Bennett stays despite getting the run around at Brentford. Entirely predictable. No doubt City will have taken note
-
Not a cricket fan.
-
effect The record breaking Billy Sharp showed what Leeds are missing by notching a hat-trick.

The dreaded curse of the MotM award - have placed a bet on a Bristol City win tomorrow. Easy money
-
"Some fans" on a website. How many's that - fewer than 0.5 per cent of the total average gate? I'd suggest the 99.5 per cent will be delighted when Pulis takes them up
-
You'd have hated the Rovers promotion winning side under Kendall. Kept it tight for most of the match then nicked a goal near the end. Winning football - love it
-
There's winning football and losing football. I'd rather watch a winning team
-
Th All clubs. including Boro, have their playstation fans who think their team should turn it on like Man City. Boro fans will be happy enough if he gets them back in the Premier League.

Looking longer term.......

The likes of Burnley, Huddersfield, Brighton, Watford, Palace, Souhampton etc etc have shown what can be achieved by small to mid-sized clubs with good management and ambition. There's no reason why we cannot do the same - and soon. For heaven's sake, if a fourth division club such as Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic can reach the top half of the Premier League, anyone can -
Just because you don't like Pulis and his teams doesn't mean Boro fans won't turn up in numbers to cheer on their promotion chasing team Last time I looked Boro were in the top 6; Rovers playing "nice" football are not.

7 players inducted into inaugural hall of fame

Wiki says Dunn was born in Gt Harwood though it's not trustworthy. Does beg the question why the town produces so few players -
The immutable law of the ex. Palmer will score, there's no doubt about that. Travis's poor showing at Brentford will see the inevitable return of Smallwood. Bennett's poor showing at Brentford will see him retain his place somewhere. Hoping for a bounce-back but Brizzle are a decent side with a good manager and he will have noted how Brentford took our soft defence apart. Rovers 1 City 2

For his long-serving record as a player, manager and many other duties, Tony Parkes should be in there from the start instead of Friedel. And perhaps the last Blackburn born player to serve the club with distinction - Stuart Metcalfe ? Personal favourites to be included soon for me would be Keith Newton and Mike England And for the fans favourite of the 1960s would be Fergie - Mike Ferguson -
Instead of Rovers, or as well as ?

I have 2 arthritic knees, a bad back and stopped playing 30 years ago, and I'm still a better footballer than Nuttall

The years haven't been kind to Colin but he and his family have had alot of bad luck. What a player
