  1. Some good news: But the semi-final draw was not kind, pairing Sheffield United with City, a tie for which under the competition’s rules for loan players Doyle and fellow loanee James McAtee will be ineligible.
  2. JDT said that we had been playing five across the back throughout when we lost the ball, in answer to a similar point made to him by Andy Bayes.
  3. It may sound trite to say it, but at least we can concentrate on the remaining league games. I'm amazed how JDT manages to get the performances out of this bunch of players, so despite a possible miscalculation today, he deserves enonormous praise.
  4. I'm rather glad it's an early KO. Less time to get nervous around the house.
  5. I'm thinking about heading over on Sunday. Best home seats to sit in?
  6. At this stage of the season, it's all about results......and it was a great performance up until the six yard box.
  7. In other news, and look away Rev. https://twitter.com/davidturners/status/1635909695763357698?s=48&t=Xequlk9q5gDzepcG3UHhFg
  8. I have a season ticket and can't travel this evening.
  9. I've watching from home and havepurchased a match pass. Can't get in - any tips?
  10. Dirty Sheffield. It is quite something that we turned things around in the last two months. Unbelievable really.
  11. A good effort against a decent team. We'll need another goal though.
  12. Good draw. Winnable.
  13. Mowbray played JRC in preference to Nyambe for a few games until he got injured and I thought his physique and passing suggested good things. Like others I'd since written him off, so great to see another academy boy making the grade.
  14. Revidge is going to be gutted. Big Sam nets two and his favourite for Rovers manager (of the Vulcan) gets a beating. Fleuire awaits.
  15. That said JDT wasn't happy with the first half display.
  16. We are low on quality, but at least there is a desire to compete, which hasn't always been there this season. Well done Rovers.
  17. City can't have spent the money they have without breaking the rules. Impossible.
  18. I creditable point and from reports, a decent performance.
  19. Far worse than losing 0-7 at home?
  20. Thomas, terrific, JRC decent. Dack okay. Defence okay.
  21. Ten man Rovers had the best chances but look dreadful for most part.
