PS. I don't understand why you would signal to the market, with large bids that were for PR purposes only, that you have money to send. More difficult to bargain-hunt I would have thought.

The lack of press/media activity is rather puzzling as the Rovers have made a real effort to improve their output to fans. I don't like to speculate, but a lack of presence from TM and others from the club is unusual and therefore could be a worry.

There is nothing less interesting than conspiracy theorists.

I'm not saying that we should have done our business early, or making claims that I know what the problems have been. But one thing is clear, TM will be unhappy, so it can only so that we should too. I'm not sure how any other view is defendable.
