Turns out our planning for food is still as good as ever. We’d run out of pies, the pie mash and gravy trays and hot dogs before half time yesterday. You’d have thought the club would know what the attendance was, ahead of kick off, yesterday….

Worry for me is that there’s no plan, no intention to succeed and no ambition. As well as obviously feeling we won’t get any of the Wharton, Raya, or likely Szmodics cash to go back into the squad, I just wonder what the point of it all is tbh. My mate I sit with is the same and this is two people who’ve had season tickets for 30+ years and I imagine, others will be the same.

Problem with United, is they’re being judged by the standards of when Ferguson was in charge. The reality, is that none of their players are really of the level required to compete at the top level. They’ve also overpaid for a lot of those players, to boot. Every manager they’ve had since, has ultimately ended with the same outcome.
