It’s not very realistic to compare Madine and Bamford tbf. Madine has only really had one purple patch in his career at Bolton which led to a move to Cardiff. Whereas Bamford- 1 in 3 average in the main and he’s younger.

Probably true. I remember hearing that the groundsmen had to pay for equipment out of their own pocket before. I could go on and on, but if you read up on the Oyston family it gets quite murky. In any event, they are absolutely vile people and they deserve everything they get.

A moderator, moderating content- whatever next?.... You’re Just perceiving it as being one-sided, which it isn’t, to be fair, far from it. More warnings and bans have been dished out to those on the ‘cautious’ side of the debate recently, I can guarantee you that. I’ll not name names, but think about who is currently not posting and you’ll not be far wrong.... Of course, we could just go straight to warnings and bans, but we would rather not do that. Just another friendly reminder that we really don’t need to see the following types of posts, which, let’s be honest, are done to antagonise or take the moral high ground re their support: 1) Calling people happy clappers or doom mongers. 2) Asking people to trust Mowbray, which they blatantly do, it’s just that if he makes poor decisions, he lives and dies by them. Just like any other football manager on the planet. Mick McCarthy observed that Mowbray’s substitutions cost us the game and he knows way more about football management than any of us. 3) Name Calling and blatant trolling. If these points can’t be adhered to, expect a time out. We are all frustrated that we conceded a last minute goal as we all support the same club.

What do you expect? Fans to start doing cartwheels when we concede goals??

I agree with this tbh. Fundamentally, I have no problem with us starting the season with the players that helped us get promoted, but I’d have liked to see Palmer and Rothwell start, really. Definitely Bell as well. He’d slightly help address the alarming lack of pace in the side...

Right, re the 'happy clappers'/'doom mongers' debate.... Can we discuss why we disagree with people, instead of labelling en masse? It's getting very tiresome. Every single supporter is different and no doubt has their reasons for believing as they believe. The season starts on Saturday, so we'll most likely have something tangible to be happy/sad about then! Thanks ladies and gents.

Ultimately, as long as it arrives before the first HOME game, I’m not bothered. There was a problem with mine, so I had to re-order it, but it’s all sorted now and direct debit comes out on pay day each month, happy days!
