  1. Whilst, this isn't exactly high praise- I do think Waggott was more competent, but I think Suhail has the ear of the owners.
  2. Oh yeah, it was only a throw away comment. He thinks I'm wrong about something, I think I'm right and it was his response, that I felt was telling and how he phrased it.
  3. I reckon Suhail would rather tap dance on a minefield than attend the meetings, but, he said something to me last night, that suggests he's rattled.
  4. I feel like members got their points across and explained what the issues were very well. People spoke with passion and conviction, which is all you can ask for, really.
  5. Can't give an exact timeframe on the release of the minutes, but hopefully, it's sooner, rather than later. No need for anyone to regard themselves as peasants for not having the information immediately and certainly no need to have any concerns about them being edited. In all fairness too, the meeting was nearly 2 hours long last night, so any minutes won't include it verbatim...... In any event, if I don't feel the minutes included something vital, either myself, or one of the other posters on here in attendance, would share that with the forum.
  6. Can only assume itโ€™s because youโ€™ve been on the beers?
  7. Christ, if I wasn't asleep already, Coldplay would have done the job anyway.
  8. And yet, you still post on here. Why bother, if you canโ€™t stand it that much?
  9. My God, that guy is a tosser. Petition not to share his tweets on here?
  10. Any other club would push the boat out to keep their best players. Down Ewood, a shrug of the shoulders and on to some cheap Belgian league plodders. Sound.
  11. Uncle Jack was different to all the modern club owners- he was a Blackburn lad, buying his local club, with money he earned from a local firm, making them successful with said money. What a fella.
  12. Had my concerns when we went 2 wickets down, but fair play to the lads, they've dug in and are going along nicely.
  13. He is, but is he a bigger clown than those who hang on his every word?
  14. Do as you please, as long as it's within the site rules!
  15. I've literally always said, I hate people dismissing views as either 'happy clappers' or 'negative'. I like to think I'm always consistent, but I can't be everywhere all at once.
  16. I'm no different to everyone else, I get some things right, I get some things wrong. I can't account for why people think why they do, but I can defend their right to think that way.
  17. You couldn't have said that, even as recently as a couple of years ago about PSG, either.
  18. If people reserved judgment until a certain point, they'd never have an opinion on anything. Who cares if they're wrong? People get things wrong all the time. It's easy to look back on anything with hindsight.
  19. If we can't judge or comment on signings when they're made, we might as well shut the forum down.
  20. Footy shirts are just a mad amount of money nowadays. Over a ton for a lot of the Premier League ones!
  21. Only the Rao family can tell you the answer to that. They certainly arenโ€™t spending it on transfer fees, though!
  22. Not nearly enough of it has, which is my issue. See, we do agree!!
  23. Compared to what weโ€™ve received in transfer fees, what weโ€™ve spent is a pittance, in comparison though. I know that our meagre wage bill doesnโ€™t compare well to our turnover, thatโ€™s true of so many clubs. Itโ€™s Venkyโ€™s fault, so they need to put it right and come up with the shortfall. If they are unwilling to do that, then they should sell the club, it really is as simple as that.
