  1. Past hour
  2. I wouldn’t mind but it’s literally on a board slap bang in the middle of the Blackburn End
  3. Imagine we had a proper corporate structure and, say, RF99’s view on it was ‘nah, feck these other roles, we only need a CEO and a deputy’, what do we reckon his response would be?
  4. Dale Scarlett and Bobby Pointon for me
  5. The way you jump to the defence of these owners and the way they run the club is genuinely incredible.
  6. Nah this is actually funny.
  7. val is clearly not going to get his wish and have all his transfer targets landed by the end of next week🤥
  8. You know it doesn't work like that, right? I do appreciate it was likely a rhetorical question, btw.. On a scale of 1-100 where 100 = ink drying on the signed contract and 1 = we can't seem to get India on the telephone at the moment, how likely do you really think it is that there is any work going on to shore up the stupidly threadbare ragbag of journeymen and no-marks assembled at minimal cost and even less planning squad we started the season with? Me neither. We aren't signing anyone. There isn't even a fart in a hurricane level of noise about signings in the pipeline for Rovers, mainly because short trouserer ankle socks boy doesn't have the faintest notion that his master plan can (and will) fail. As far as everyone above Mr Meat Head behind the Curtain Pasha is concerned, there is nothing going wrong, no need for reinforcements, and certainly no requirement to spaff any more filthy lucre on new hirelings. Unbelievable. Yah. Reality. Yah. A fecking joke. Yah. Bite me? I'd like to see you try. Here's Pasha and Rudy on Jools, a few years back..
  9. This was a snip from the initial tweet shambolic as ever, literally incompetent
  10. Are they presenting a replica FA Cup on Sunday? Saw this posted about the wrong date being engraved but can’t see anything from the club Edit - seems they deleted the tweet, probably scrambling to change the 0 to an 8
  11. Football web pages has our average home league attendance at 13959 for this season 25/26 Nearly two thousand less than those quoted figures.
  12. I follow Republic of Ireland and Castore have been their supplier for the last few years, the prices are awful and the quality and appearance of the kits is even worse. Apart from this season's home jersey which was a bit disappointing, I've generally been happy with Macron's designs over the last few seasons. The fact that last season's kits were the best sellers we've had in years reflects that IMO. Even this season's gold kit is okay, just think they could have used better landmarks than Blackburn train station on it, etc.
  13. I think a finance director is possibly quite useful, as would be a sales & marketing director plus a chief operating officer. That way you don’t have concentration of powers, you have a proper champion/challenge in the boardroom with proper checks & balances. We have none of those things.
  14. He's back in here batting for the owners like his life depends on it. He'll be getting a cap on the pitch versus Watford. Venkys #1 supporter on this forum.
  15. Who gives a fk whether he does or not. Focus on the people that want the club to change for the better
  16. Today
  17. The fit on Castore sportswear is terrible. They produce Lancs & England cricket stuff - I've spent near £500 over the past 18 months and sent all bar a pair of Lancs training shorts back. I'm a medium, I've kept a size small and have to turn them up at the waist so they're an ok length. The Umbro quality next season will not be the same as it was pre Macron.
  18. Have we signed, anyone to play in this game yet ??
  19. It's called Venky fatigue. Nothing a good protest and change of ownership won't fix
  20. On paper, Wooton looks like a bit of a waste of time. 29 years old, and last season he scored 11 league goals, 8 the season before. Ohashi type numbers but in League One and Two respectively. Suggests this season's flurry is the exception not the norm. A no from me unless he's an absolute boss at being a target man. Ballard seems a much better shout, better numbers at a much younger age. But a short sample size and young, may not hit the ground like we need. If he was one of two strikers signed though, with the other having more proven goals pedigree, could be a good move. All of this being on paper, I've never seen either player. Agree I felt we should go for Aasgaard at the time.
