  1. Past hour
  2. Me either I do not like that fella.
  3. Appreciate the update on Baradji at least it is something. Foot injuries can be difficult due to limited blood flow. Must be handled properly or it will become a life long struggle.
  4. VI said medium term what ever that means. It is becoming more and more apparent that they had no clue as tonthe actual extent of his injust or what it would take to get him healthy. Idiots the lot of em. As for Scotty's new contract well that is to help inflate his sale price nothing more nothing less. A real dumbass move shipping Hyam off but they just don't care they don't not a one of em. January outs, Tronstadt, Wharton and Cantwell.
  5. Yesterday
  6. I know a few pubs that'll be ok for away fans in the city centre if you want to know.
  7. I dont think its to cash in as I cant see a flurry of teams or any decent fees being offered. Has serious injury red flags even if he has a run of games between now and January. Hes a decent age but not young enough to cause a spike in price. And although hes usually solid, I dont think that his Watford return is by any means standard for him. Its an easy deal to do, obviously a Rovers fan, not a player playing above his level, weak negotiating power considering the injuries and all thats been done is a year added. A good decision to sign him up but it wont be a big wage spike by any means.
  8. I'd assume Scotty was an easy one to do given all the variables and i doubt he;ll be going anywhere soon. Then again when the forces in the shadows get to work anything can happen i wouldn't trust these feckers as far as i could shove them. Every player is a ยฃ sign and potential commission as is their cheaper wage replacements.
  9. Only Berg was a legend!
  10. good news, they`ve only given him a new deal so they can cash in on him in january
  11. I am certain that "Colin's Cheeky Bits" was merely the centre fold spread in the first few editions of FTH. I never heard that it was adopted as another fanzine.
  12. One of my favourite song lyrics ever, in Al Stewartโ€™s โ€˜Year of the catโ€™: She comes out of the sun in a silk dress, running like a watercolor in the rain.. Just brilliant, makes me smile every time I hear the song. Enjoy OjF.
  13. I'm going. Although I'm sure that away end holds around 3k.... Isn't a cat in hells chance we sell that many. 1500 or so.
  14. And this amused me from Celtic fans... Goodnight, Sweet Prince
  15. Doherty, Boggan & Powell with the goals
  16. What ..like Henning Berg, Rudy Gestede, Jordan Rhodes getting jobs here?
  17. With a name like Kieron McKenna, I don't think he'll have gone to the "right school"...
  18. Iโ€™m off to see Al Stewartโ€™s last ever UK gig next week in Glasgow. Reports from earlier shows are that him and his backing band have been excellent.
  19. Elvis Costello and the Attractions - Tears Before Bedtime
  20. Gerrard returning seems to be the preferred option among the bluenoses
  21. 1-0 up and Orient just gone down to 10
  22. Sounds good to meโ€ฆ https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/ckgy5mzm17ko
  23. Do you have any idea what is up with Litherland and/or Dunn? neither have played for the past few weeks
  24. Yep, I think so, it looks like 4-4-2 to me with Powell left wing and Doherty on the right other option could be Doherty or Boggan as a 10, and the other on the right , with Joseph up top in a 4-2-3-1, but 4-4-2 makes the most sense Edit - it seems Boggan wide right, Doherty wide left and Powell as a 10 in a 4-2-3-1, nobody in the midfield (Vare/Strich/Powell) strikes me as being naturally a sitting/holding type, I will be interested to hear what those who were at the game think of the makeup of the side this evening
  25. Tyjon is with the England Under 18 squad this week.
  26. they might as well pull a fan out of the crowd and give him/her a chance, nobody last very long at vicarage road
