  1. Past hour
  2. Is anyone else having issues with digital tickets this year? I had no issues last year at all but for the Birmingham game my tickets wouldn't download to the Google wallet and having just bought for Ipswich I'm having a similar issue, the club are zero help so I assume it's not a widespread issue but I wondered if it were just me and my slightly knackered phone...
  3. That was more my angle, both teams have invested a lot or money. There isn't good backing without the expectations that they will do something. How long do you leave it? 10/12 games is a quarter of a season, which is a lot of ground to make up if you leave it that long. Wrexham might be looking at establishing themselves in the division this season but I have no doubts the Birmingham owners have an eye on the PL.
  4. If you don't want a response, then don't post.
  5. What a load of bollocks, I can't understand what point you are trying to make
  6. You mentioned bollocks, I was yellow carded for the knobhead word, after some heated words after the Norwich game.
  7. If you got out of the east lancs bubble, you wouldn't be watching Blackburn Rovers.
  8. Aren't Rovers based in east lancs.
  9. Blackburn or Rovers, who cares same team. I say Blackburn sometimes, so I don't get mixed up with other teams called rovers. Get a life, what does it matter.
  10. Talking of superstitions, I've worn the gold away shirt for the opening 2 home matches. It will be staying in the drawer next Saturday.πŸ˜€
  11. Wow, you been on the bevs? Nothing wrong with the post at all, certainly doesn't warrant a response like this.
  12. Since there is a pattern, and such a strong one at that, do you accept the club has fallen short in sorting out the contracts?
  13. Chaddy I honestly can't believe your view points on contracts. It's utterly naive, I've never heard anything like it.
  14. Today
  15. Ruben Selles at Sheffield United is the first manager to go…nobody (unsurprisingly) guessed thatβ€¦πŸ‘€
  16. Three teams in claret and blue to be relegated ?
  17. There is a pattern but also you ignored individual players wishes and can you say any where Rovers fault apart from when contracts talks started?
  18. I agree, yet they are top with 4 wins out of 4, having already beaten Arsenal and Newcastle. If they get into their stride it's going to be another cakewalk for them this season. How did the rest of the division fall so far behind?
  19. I heard Stuart Metcalfe say "Blackburn"...and he was Rovers through and through. I think this is what the yanks would call a nothing burger...
  20. We could always politely as for him back lol
  21. Another loss for an impotent Man U. If what Lee Dixon said on NBC commentary was correct Amorim has won 8 of his 30 odd league games in charge. A blind man can see that his 3-4-3 system doesn't work but he's sticking with it. His defenders can't cover the ground. His midfield players are all on islands, and his strikers are isolated. Also, most of his players aren't any good either which compounds the situation. Ratcliffe may have to lay off a few more staff if Man U's form doesn't improve. Burnley defended very well against Liverpool. Parker played for the draw and almost got it. Daft from Hannibal, but you play good teams you have to concentrate for every minute.
  22. There's very much a pattern, whether the club has done "wrong" remains to be seen.
  23. We pushed West Brom and Brum so.the least I.expect is for us to be competitive. Nice selection dilemmas for VI - Carter and Wharton surely deserve another start and Carter pace is an asset but hard on McLoughlin and Miller. Up front 5 into 4 doesn't go so one of Yuki, Royo, Cantwell, Hedges and Gudjonsson starts on the bench. If he gets on, Sammy has to fight for his place back so I suspect we will be adding to the Ipswich early season draw tally.
  24. The ex-Head of Premier League Referees said it wasn't a penalty and so did my eyes. To quote the great Brian Blessed in Flash Gordon: "Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive".
  25. Wouldn't have sacked Wilder in first place and secondly wouldn't have appointed Selles. Mowbray would want a 5 year project to sort SU and I wouldn't touch him with the proverbial shitty stick - think he's a legend in his own mind only and now a washed-up managerial dinosaur. Wilder is an obvious choice - big difference is they've lost 3 key players in Ahmed, Souza and Moore and signed some dross since Wilder was sacked. Success for them this season would be to hit 60 points. .
  26. Yep, its just a series of individual circumstances and there is no pattern to see here and nothing that the club has done wrong.
