  1. Past hour
  2. Being honest, I'd just be glad she's gone. πŸ™‚
  3. To Paraphrase: "Yeah why would we buy Zinadine Zidane, we just won the Premier League with Tim Sherwood."
  4. That's the one! Will probably leave and we'll never have seen him! Will pay for the floodlights for a season or two I guess.
  5. I don't particularly disagree with your point, but it looks to have been a good seller, I see it more regularly than the home or away shirts. Popped over Accy Tesco last night and I saw 2 different people wearing it, for example. See it all over the place.
  6. This. The record books never show method, only result. It's why I never understand the arguement about football being entertaining. Yes, it's nice to be entertained, but football is a competitve sport first and foremost; nothing matters as much as winning.
  7. With no legitimate reason for wearing it 🀣
  8. To be honest when a couple of pints and a glass of wine for the wife costs you well over Β£20 I don't think Β£60 for a shirt you wear repeatedly is that bad value
  9. Camden Schaper. 13 year old South African I think he is. Nixon reported a couple of weeks back that Chelsea and Man City were offering 700k for him.
  10. "Full kit wanker" Love it! That deserves a new entry all of it's own in the Oxford English dictionary this year. Adj: Elderly male wearing full soccer kit with neither the looks nor the physique to pull it off.
  11. You realise there's a link between the two things though, right?
  12. If the Rovers are successful, I don't give a shit who we sign.
  13. My thinking too, a season or 2 of consolidation for Wrexham I would've thought. Which makes signings like Hardie shrewd business.
  14. Where do you play mate? Pm if need be
  15. This absolute boss man 🀣🀣🀣
  16. Today
  17. Shorts for holiday, but not shirts shorts together 🀣 at 42 I'd look like a right prat
  18. I'm not against signing players from abroad if they are coming into a squad with a core of championship experience. We lose the players that have only a year left plus Batth Weimann and Dolan and replace them with cheap foreign buys then it is extremely worrying.
  19. As much as I have enjoyed some of the recent kits, I can’t bring myself to buy one. It’s actually not to do with my Venky-hatred, but affordability. As K-Hod said earlier, Β£60 for a football shirt is mental. I have spent less (very often half the price) purchasing better-fitting shirts made from better quality fabrics, that are genuinely wearable in non-sport settings. All from this site, or from FootballTown or from various retro-kit sites.
  20. Just out of interest does anyone know how many times we actually wore that horrific pink kit last season? It cant have been many. I hated that particular kit but in general it shows how much the fans are being taken for mugs when they are expected to shell out another Β£60 for something thats used what, 4-5 times?
  21. I bought last seasons black away kit for Thursday night football but I've not had the guts to wear it yet πŸ˜‚
  22. The problem is that pace is so highly valued that the only pacey players this club is going to capture for VI will have absolutely no other talents.
  23. We want cheap players, which is why we're looking in the French, Belgian and Dutch markets (and I assume Scandinavia and Eastern Europe).
