  1. Past hour
  2. You'll hate me for this, but I put Β£8 on us to go down at 9/2. Β£2 on another team, but I forgot who. I'd want to be compensated for absolute clown show in the boardroom and on the pitch.
  3. I thought exactly the same. Then wikipedia told me he was a 30 year old lower league journeyman. Then I was really concerned that he stood out so much against our team.
  4. Tarabat was a qpr folk hero. A player that made things happen and delivered. Cantwell has none of those things so far
  5. Is that exactly what we've got now by any chance?
  6. Been a lot more of this sort of disparaging talk (not just from you) recently "If you're writing him off too early it's not the sport for you" If you dont rate such and such a player you know nothing about the sport" " If you can't see that we clearly played 4-1 -2-1-1-1 etc during pre season maybe it's not the sport for you" It's nothing really to do with anyone else whether someone rates a particular player or not, although you're obviously free to disagree. Mowbray seemingly didn't rate Raya that highly. Does that mean he's been in the wrong career all his life? Therefore any chance of dialling the hyperbole down a bit?
  7. Worth keeping tabs on Bradfords left back.
  8. Playing with 10 men is a risk. Not sure what McLoughlin has done to be dropped either.
  9. Burnley getting drawn against Derby in the second round. I laughed out loud.
  10. I hope Brum pitch-up thinking all they have to do is turn-up to win.
  11. Taarabt was a mercurial maestro that got QPR promoted almost single handedly. Todd Cantwell is...not that.
  12. Chrystal meth? How many do we need, not what you would like? You've watched the games I guess? (Chaddy edited his post to make my attempt at a joke meaningless). Think meaningless might be my word of the season πŸ₯΄
  13. Been offered a free ticket and can’t even be arsed still, even in the Kean era I went religiously but not any more. Partly swayed by going on holiday early Sunday too but even so, can’t remember being this disinterested before. Struggling to take any positives from the last few games, any at all. Hopefully the new players end up half decent and gel with the longer standing players, but for now……
  14. Generally - not always whittaker most recent example been awful for middleborough cost them a fortune
  15. Today
  16. I've not written Axel off, in fact I accounted for why he might have performed poorly.. My point was, he has looked pretty poor thus far and saying he looks better than Hedges based off those two games is crazy.. If he'd scored that goal that Hedges scored against Watford a few years ago you'd he salivating.. I can't say I'm a huge fan of Hedges, he drives me mad. He's tidy, works hard but has appalling decision making.. I am not writing the young lad off. I really hope he comes good. It's only two games.. but by the very same logic, to say he's already better than Hedges is also jumping the gun.. Not convinced by any of the new recruits ATM.. call be sinical but buying cheap generally (not always)doesn't correlate with acquiring quality.. you need to spend money for good player's...
  17. Tbf to the guy, he can’t have trained that much to even know where he should be in those defensive set ups. Either way, I want our attacking players to show attacking intent. We need to be able to hurt teams and I think, an undercooked Henriksson looked 10x more dangerous than Hedges.
  18. Well clearly we did given Eustace sent Lowe scouting the next opposition I think a head coach with 2 assistants plus GK coach and 2 fitness coaches
  19. Well JH! If Ismael is happy then I'm bloody happy! What a team we have!
  20. Deffo another right sided attacking midfielder. Should have been sorted by now. Would like another forward, Travis and Pears replacements if they leave. Ismael has said we can replace anyone who leaves. We just 1 space for right sided attacking player. Can't predict the future Dee. If I could I won the Euro millions by now
  21. He looked more dangerous in 50 minutes vs Bradford, than Hedges has looked in every minute of his Rovers career combined. I’m talking about him seeing a pass, being in a position to thread a pass or taking a shot, having intention to play the forward in, running at speed into space and getting in front of a defender. Actually β€˜looking’ like there’s a goal in you. I stand by my statement.
