  1. Past hour
  2. Absolutely do not want Mowbray back. He'll be as bad as the others. Slow build play down promotion. We want a jdt. Someone who will get us near or in the playoffs and hope by some miracle he gets us promoted despite the club wanting the opposite.
  3. Well me and the 2 I go with will be there on Sunday and I'm taking my parents to the game, so hopefully its a win for them.
  4. What is your game? Honestly fella I don't get your angle.
  5. So a multi-million pound organisation has to drift along without anyone leading it for months and months and months because he has a notice period to serve? Ridiculous. Again, doesn't happen anywhere else. And even if that was a reason, why couldn't they have had a new one ready to start in October or November so they were ready to get to work ahead of the January transfer window. The answer Chaddy, as I suspect you know deep down, is that these owners have never wanted a CEO and don't believe we need one. That's why aside from Waggott we haven't had one for most of the last 15 years, and I would bet we don't appoint one at least until the summer. They only agreed to bring in Waggott after Mowbray persuaded them in India because they 'trusted' Mowbray. Like with every other element of their ownership they try to get away with the bare minimum and the club rots in the process.
  6. This could be your chance to shift those magic beans…
  7. They supply knob end and Dingels so a big no from me.
  8. De Neve wasnt needed because he is shit. Thats my point. Pickering was never going to change the game either. Gueye is a senior player that is fit but is a waste of time hence why he wasnt missed. Kargbo has been a waste of time whenever he has played. What would Forshaw and Montgomery have done had they been available to change yesterdays game? In the summer, Gestede kept banging on about bringing in extra defensive cover to ease Wharton back. We didnt, we repeatedly played him and he broke down again. We cant then bemoan his absence as hard luck. I dont know why but as our poor squad repeatedly shows itself up, you are going even further out of your way to justify it. Honestly, please just look at whats happening in front of your eyes.
  9. A CEO and Deputy CEO is all that is needed to a run a club properly Waggott has only just left as CEO at the end of October according to Companies House . He has period of notice to serve
  10. Is the under soil heating working?
  11. I’d take him back over the crap we have, would be our 1st choice cb
  12. See post below, better to develop your own opinions rather than just use the injury excuse. I have never changed my tune on my opinion that the squad we have is not fit for purpose. If you want to be flippant and say some good some bad and not look beyond that, or take discussions off on random tangents to justify things, thats up to you.
  13. De Neve wasn't needed as Pickering was selected which we agree with, correct? Who is the senior player I think Forshaw's experience and Montgomery would have been good as rotation the squad, would have helpful and its only the last 2 games that our performances levels have dropped. You weren't saying prior to these last 2 games were you? Wharton is a big miss for us. Kargbo's pace has been missed
  14. It could be Harvey Price pictured signing on the dotted line and he’d still be buzzing. He has ‘rovers transfers’ as is highest pornhub search term
  15. You think Tavares cost £2m 😂😂 fucking hell
  16. Things could get really ugly if we don't pick up a win here. Something felt really off with that Wrexham performance, not sure how we get a goal never mind a win.
  17. But overall, the squad is not fit for purpose. If hes played a big part in that then it reflects badly on him. Simple concept.
  18. Some signings work and some don't as you even said recently, now you change your tune now. We have injuries to our key players like Wharton, Morishita, Cantwell, Gudjohnsen cost us. Alebiosu going to AFCON has cost us. Tavares, De Neve and Henriksson hasn't worked out for us.
  19. Oh well hospitality sold out......that makes everything ok then. If they carry on that will be the only part of the ground opening then. How many of those walk ons were there to see Disney team? How many walk ons will be there on Sunday? The 10 season ticket holders I go with, there are 3 actually committed to going as the other 7 yesterday was the final straw.
  20. A Threadbare and Knackered Rovers. 1-1 11,600 (8,600 in reality)
  21. He was behind signings like Morishita and Baradji. He has publicly said why we signed them. some signings don't work out as you even said like De Neve or Tavares
  22. They can’t confíscate the banner, or they are committing theft. By all means they can request that the people with it leave, but that’s it.
  23. Well the vast majority of clubs have them, so probably a good move, if you want to act like a proper club which we clearly don't. But on the topic of a CEO....now 8 months and counting since Slippery Steve sailed off into retirement. What's taking so long? This all comes back to my original point. They just don't take this seriously and never will. End of story.
  24. Toth O'Riordan McLoughlin Pratt Miller Tronstad Gardner-Hickman Pickering Baradji Cantwell Ohashi
