  1. Past hour
  2. Reporting in from Japan for today’s game. Looking for one of our Japanese players to score !! 🇯🇵 Will try and stay up for it haha Come on you blues
  3. Fortunately, on twitter at least, the numpties like that are outnumbered 20 to1.
  4. If the lineup is correct, it could easily be Toth Miller Wharton Pickering Alebiosu TGH Tronstad Ribeiro Morishta Hedges Gudjohnsen Although has has previously been stated, (and assuming Cantwell is absent) Ohashi moving back into the 10 and Gudjohnsen coming in up top would make the most sense in terms of continuity Toth Alebiosu Miller Wharton Pickering/Ribeiro TGH Tronstad Morishita Ohashi Hedges Gudjohnsen
  5. There's always a new low just around the corner.
  6. You’re joking surely. Hedges as playmaker ? Ribeiro on the left wing ?
  7. @Tyrone Shoelaces @47er @den Great BBC documentary here following Swindon Town in 1963.
  8. If you're after a decent pub/pubs I'd head to Greenwich, only a few stops on the train and lots of options Next to Greenwich station is Belushis and a 30 second walk around the corner is the Lost Hour which is a better pub and has screens everywhere
  9. This will spectacularly backfire on Rovers they've poked a real hornets nest here and i hope the MSM take them to task. They've ignorantly now shone the spotlight on themselves the bunch of clueless clowns. This is what happens when you over promote nobodies, get rid of experience on all levels and employ an immature entitled fragile ego manchild to run the football dept. These idiots genuinely think they are bigger than the club and given time it'll only end up one way for them eventually.
  10. This...the fools really have scored a massive own Goal with this stupid decision, the national Media will not take kindly to it.
  11. saw this on the LET comments section... 'dSubscriber1 hr ago Couldn’t agree more. This is not a free press issue, this is a club with integrity standing up to biased and misleading reporting often click bait motivated. Constructive criticism is in thing but incendiary reporting is is not' my head hurts.
  12. I think it’s the Travis stuff AND something else as the telegraph write up mentions Travis and also something that the club saw as untrue I think it’s about Suhail refusing an interview or similar, either way it’s bizarre
  13. Not sure about today, coming into it with shaky form - 2 losses, 2 wins and 1 capsizing
  14. I have posted similar in the 150 thread but with a bit more context.
  15. Its a heartbreaking decision Mike but one myself and thousands of fellow Blue n Whites understand and respect...we simply cant continue like this. The damage continues unabaited and its totally deliberate.
  16. I’ve always thought the LT were pretty sympathetic to the club and on the occasions they have been critical it has been entirely deserved. They are not a mouthpiece for the club ultimately. Feel for EJ as he has to thin line the tread between keeping the club onside and reporting the actual events which inevitably reflect poorly on the club. I hope the LT support him as he has a young family and doesn’t deserve to lose his job.
  17. Today
  18. I suspect Rovers will back down over the next 7 days (they worded it as a 'suspension'). Jackson will then be under pressure to toe the line, and suspect the LT bosses will inform him to do so. I can't imagine Newsquest Media will have any appetite to allow 'journalistic freedom' if they believe it will cost subscriptions / sales. Hopefully it shines another light under the rock at Ewood. It shows more than ever that the much sought after "communication" is not necessarily the truth, just the version the club wants to put out. How people can look at the FF minutes issue and then this issue and then still believe the clubs narrative all the time is astonishing. Waggot was a PR genius compared to these clowns.
  19. Correct, although did I read that Rovers have asked other Championship clubs to decline him press access too? If so, then I hope the other 23 clubs tell them to go forth
  20. They can't stop him attending an away game, can they? Surely that's up to Charlton.
  21. So glad we solved that winger problem 🙄 Start Henrikson behind Gudjohnsen, or swap Mori and Hedges around and start Kargbo.
  22. They aren't getting a penny out of me until they're all gone
  23. Even I will buy this 😊 XXL please.
  24. As stated on the LT thread I will be in self imposed exile for the Derby game. I was at Ewood for the 100th anniversary season as part of the ‘Leyland Blues’. This is me on the pitch (note: I suspect the club may use this as an excuse to ban me from Ewood Park for this pitch incursion): I was there for the 125th anniversary and have continued ever since apart from 2 seasons when I boycotted but donated my ST to a refugee charity in Blackburn (I never published this before). The club, sorry my club, is rotting from the head down. For someone with an emotional contract with Rovers it is painful to watch. It is run by folk with no emotional contract; they do not engage, it is all one way. Enough is enough. I am not going along to what will be a 3rd rate farce. I even heard from my club contacts that they were thinking of presenting Steve Kean with one of those silly flat caps - if / when Rovers staff members read this please deny this will be the case. Alternatively please go ahead; it will be your downfall.
  25. Had to hide a lot of posts to do with politics just now, (thanks for reporting, this bringing them to our attention) this is in spite of everyone knowing politics isn’t allowed on this side of the forum. Posts have been hidden on this occasion, but next time it’ll be short bans.
  26. In the absence of Cantwell, that would be my first thought of what to do
