  1. Past hour
  2. a budget cleary, with none of his ability, thats more our kind of target
  3. There's been countless things people have tried to do "behind an avatar" and on rare occasion in my case public attempts. It's been over 14 years since my last attempt and the club was still in the Premier League then. Of course my list of grievances are so vast that some will be overlooked but the coalition have failed to address the two biggest insults from the current regime where Jack Walker is concerned. Then there's his family who as per usual get away with everything when new owners should be encouraged to ensure they never darken Ewood's corridors with their presence again. Infact they should never be welcome in Blackburn again. If the club hits the worst case scenario will they finally get their deserved share of the blame? Who was it who put Jerome Anderson before the trustees? Who had the most to gain besides the spivs and associated leeches? Think! Investigate! I won't be posting on here again (there might be a rare exception if it involves the Walkers) beyond my 40th birthday in November (resolutions are nonsense but most people in football are out of the game by then which is why I'm choosing that number for myself) so there won't be many more opportunities to make this point. Don't let any decent new owners down.
  4. He can covert to the Roman Catholic Church and be baptised by the Holy Father, himself, but I have seen enough already!
  5. I'll paraphrase, we're all over the gaff with a budget of around £0 to spend.
  6. have a feeling it will be Cashin rather than Pratt, but I agree with resting some
  7. Not sure if it is widely known, but if anyone is interested, Macclesfield play Palace tomorrow lunchtime, live on BBC1, which may feature Adam Wharton against James Edmondson, who is on loan at Macclesfield from Rovers
  8. Ellie Youan 8 goals in 50 games in the SPL crikey
  9. It’s been perfect timing to not have a midweek game this week and then this on Sunday. A mix of the standard staters and some fringe players for me. Toth, O’Riordan, Atcheson and Pratt definitely should start but give Ohashi, Cantwell and Baradji a rest and have them on the bench.
  10. surely wont be out for a week or so, someone has to edit the minutes first 😉
  11. Well he speaks the executive lingo. Mind you that didn’t help Gueye.
  12. I see. So, last minute, then 'it got confirmed so late there wasn't time to scour the continent'
  13. Is there and notes or quotes from last night? Or anyone know where to find them?
  14. Or will the team drop to his level.
  15. Because he’s played for two clubs in the last 12 months his time on the pitch has to be weighted. I followed the instructions on how to calculate this and got him at 39.7% of qualify minutes (as at 1st January). He’d need to be on 40% to have enough points to be converted but if the decimal place is .6 or above you round up. I guess the big question is do we trust my maths…
  16. Maybe but he can't be converted into a useful player at this level.
  17. really? great news, I though he just about missed out, by under 200 minutes so something similar I cant wait to see which random from Belgium is next 😉 But fingers crossed for another Toth/Ohashi/Baradji, rather than a Telalovic/Wahlstedt/Kargbo/Henriksson/Siggy (did I miss any? or is that the full "ESC punts" list)
  18. Seemingly wasn't the most popular person with the other players, but was a god to a young me.
  19. Has to be done during a transfer window - so this will probably prove to be right.
  20. Today
  21. ‘We were delighted to host 'An Evening with Valérien Ismaël' last night, as part of the club’s ongoing 150th anniversary celebrations. 💙 Thank you to all supporters and #Rovers Business Club members who attended at Ewood Park, making it a thoroughly enjoyable occasion. ‘ Something else that has bugger all to do with the history of the club being ‘celebrated’ in the 151st year.
