Poor from Cantwell and Alebiosu. If you are 75% fit, which I would guess both are, you simply have to play tonight given this is a winnable game on paper and we have very few senior players available. Instead, we are staring down the barrel of another loss tonight, comfortably so, and likely a drop into the bottom 3. Not a fight in this lot, just thinking about their own careers.

But I'd much rather have Pickering or Ribeiro at LWB in a relegation battle even though it's not really their position and they won't create much. Powell better be ready. And if we are starting Powell, what's the actual point of having three players who can only possibly come on in the same position? With the slight exception of Pickering I guess, who could play on the left of the three, although we already have two left-footed CBs on the bench too. I suppose there are just so few players available for the bench they might as well be there.
