  1. Past hour
  2. Nothing wrong with players holding the power on their own career. It's up to the club to make sure they retain their services by offering them something that is desirable.
  3. axel, deneve and sidnei must surely have been agents on the phone offering them to us,in desperation for bodies we`ve agreed to take them, there clearly has`nt been any scouting going on,though i was hopeful for henrikson,of the three i thought he`d be ok,he had a decent record in sweden,it was clear from the off that deneve and sidnei were shite
  4. I get more satisfaction out of not going, than attending this season.
  5. I am led to believe that this man is CEO of Blackburn Rovers FC . He appears to have disappeared , now surely it is in contract to attend games ? Where is he ? and why is he not attending ?
  6. Not going to happen unless they stop paying players or HMRC. If we can halve the home weekend attendance for Watford it would be a start.
  7. It was impressive to say the least. Atrocious signing.
  8. I’ve been going for over 50 years and had a ST for well over 40. I will continue to go, albeit there is no joy or enthusiasm left, but I won’t attend against Watford and will support any boycott called. If it fails, at least some of us have at least tried to find a way to save our club !
  9. special mention to henrikson today, who managed to get through 90 minutes without actually going near the ball, that lad is so lacking in ability it`s cruel to see him out there
  10. Well we can be sure that Rovers wont tie him down to a nice new contract & pay rise, so than means he will be sold within the next 6 months or so
  11. The cynic in me , says Toth will be leaving asap !
  12. The only silver lining to today is that VI has an absolute cast iron reason to bin off Pears and bring Toth back. Yet somehow I wouldn't be at all surprised if he doesn't!
  13. I think today , we were not interested from the kick off ,this squad (i wont call them footballers ) are the worst I have witnessed in over 55years of watching . The manager is way way out of his depth , in my opinion , we are worse than Sheff Wed. Absolutely appalling that today , like our last 2 relegations , the fans were predicting it at the start of the season . This one Venkys and their acolytes will put us in the wilderness for years . Nobody gives a fuck ! 15 years of mismanagement !
  14. Issue with that is that with Litherland out for a month +, and Alebiosu away, there is nobody to play RWB, so Miller likely to start there Edit - TGH I suppose, but I am as fed up with him as I am with McLoughlin
  15. val did look p****d off today, most likely been told there is no money for incomings, maybe he`s thinking of doing a eustace/jdt,i would`nt blame him
  16. Yep. Me and my dad were there. Had dropped my mum in town for shopping and then we got lost going to pick her up! She was not happy when we eventually turned up. Worth it though to see the win!! No memory of Roger Devries tbh.
  17. he`s very slow and miller is never a right back/wing back,id`e drop mcloughlin, put miller in his place and put the young lads either side of him, deffo time to give mcloughlin a rest
  18. I've been fed up of him for a while. An incredibly poor player who Hull were happy to let go whilst in the middle of a transfer ban.
  19. We are a beaten fan base. We are literally on our knees after 15 years of attrition and with the remaining loyal of barely 7,000 containing a good number seemingly afflicted with Stockholm syndrome and unable to fight back even when the point of no return is fast approaching. I love my club but being a Blackburn Rovers fan is becoming embarrassing 😞
  20. Just fed up of McLoughlin to be honest, opening goal today down to a combo of him and Pears
  21. Yeah, this. You can see the intent / frustration; he's trying to make things happen, but he's trying too hard. If he had a little sprinkle of quality around / in front of him, it's a different result. He was our outstanding player pre-injury and we shouldn't forget that, though he was also dog shit today.
  22. I think it would be incredibly risky to drop McLoughlin and play a back 3 entirely of youngsters whereby O'Riordan would be the most experienced yet has barely played at this level. McLoughlin is no great shakes, but with that level of experience in the back 3 I think they'd be far too error prone. His experience would help keep the shape better and have a better sense of where to sniff out danger. God we are in dire straits that we are even discussing this.
  23. If someone wins man of the match with a score of any less than 7, then the entire matchday squad (and coaching staff, management etc) should present themselves to be pelted with rotten fruit
