  1. Past hour
  2. We shouldn’t have had a point yesterday as we had no one good enough to put the ball in the net, something we have been highlighting all summer Against Birmingham, we got what we deserved due to a lack of individual quality in the last 5 minutes. Downgrade your players and that’s what happens, You say tactics isn’t the problem. I’m inclined to agree. It’s the quality of the players why we have lost 4 out of 5. Otherwise what else are we blaming? Luck? Referees?
  3. 1 in 3 too. Maybe Gueye gets 30 for us this year too then. That logic works
  4. He will definitely get injured on international duty.
  5. What was Szmodics like for Peterborough?
  6. McGuire had a photo with the top on means nothing
  7. Its a sad situation, our 150th year and its starting to feel like a Wake.Nothing to look forward to. God help our Attendances if we're near the bottom of the League come Winter time and some Mid Week Games! 😟
  8. I've said twice now but he's 1 in 6 in Belgium for a top tier. Gueye was 1 in 3 for a mid table lot
  9. I didn't actually expect it to be honest, been burned too many times in recent seasons (when are we getting a bottle of Mercers favourite red wine?), so I'm actually happy. Hope hes as good as his Dad because he'd be worth a fortune in today's market.
  10. It could happen well before then. To me, the whole place is set up like a pack of cards.
  11. Being the better team and losing is the sign of a side that will struggle. We got exactly what we deserved against Birmingham because we have took out over 1000 games experience at this level to be replaced with just over 100. We did not deserve a point yesterday, they sat off us in second half and let us have the ball as they were comfortable that we wouldn't hurt them. They should have been going into half time 3-0 up.
  12. Actually thought Cantwell was poor yesterday. The number of times he tried tackling on the wrong side of the Norwich players was alarming although he was far from the worst Rovers player. Kargbo is just poor, full stop. The new Japanese player looks more light weight than Ohashi. Tavares needs to get to the pace of the championship. Wharton and McLoughlin both too slow. Gueye isn't the only player who does not understand the offside rule as Ohashi also likes to stray. The attacking ball from midfield is usually released that split second too slow, I could go on. It is a sad review that finishes with the words 'IMO Ryan Hedges was our best player'
  13. I’m content that we’ve rolled the dice this summer considering the contract situations. When replacing Dolan, Travis, Brittain etc, presumably we faced either going for cheap, experienced championship players with very limited potential for improvement (Forshaw, Sanderson etc) or get creative and tap into foreign markets for unproven gems. No issue with going for the latter approach but the overhaul has been extreme. If we come good this season, it’s likely to be later in the year and how quickly these players settle will dictate if we survive (or better).
  14. Has Leonard's departure been confirmed yet?
  15. I'd stake my last quid that another 2 or 3 years of penny wise pound foolish Suhail in charge things on and off the pitch will be worse than they ever have.
  16. No its doesn't alarm me at all. We were better team against Birmingham and yesterday we deserved a point
  17. Joking aren't you?' Had months if not years to sort out a b new contract for Travis. Wanted him off the list to save money and for him to get the blame. I was quoting goozeburger. My view is the same as yours (and have been saying so over the last few weeks.)
  18. This new striker had better know where the onion bag is, cos by heck we need someone who does.
  19. I expect he has very little say in anything other than taking training and taking charge of the matchday team. Nor that he particularly cares.
  20. Narrator’s voice: ‘They do not have an incredible team’.
  21. Yep I called it not long ago 🤣
