  1. Past hour
  2. That's exactly why we are where we are now. Read the post by GM above, as you will see that a version was sent to the club and according to Glen (who I have believe completely on the matter) an edited version was sent as "Some things missed, some things needed more detail, some things misrepresented or incorrect". Now that seems to me, that the first version could have been club friendly and although I don't yet know, how long the club have had the current version, they may not like them and are perhaps delaying releasing them. Given that there were some attendees, who went to the FF meeting for the first time, they were not around to question previous meetings, so the past minutes, would indeed need to involve collusion, between every member, so maybe there were fair and accurate and it is just a coincidence that the latest one has been challenged.
  3. Apparently it uses a mixture of match betting odds and Opta's 'Power Rankings', both of which themselves are basically products of historical results. So yeah, it's basically predicting this season by using last season's form.
  4. The process seems to have been broken for a long time, and nobody seems to have complained.
  5. It would be a different matter but that would involve collusion between the club and every member of the fans’ forum. That feels highly unlikely to me.
  6. He's quicker than Hedges and has already scored a goal. Hedges wouldn't have been in the frame for that Everton tap in.
  7. That's all well and good, but if things are deliberately being left out to paint a prettier picture, that's a different matter. Hopefully that is not the case, but I think we are about to find out.
  8. Chris Samba and nelsen would get the defence sorted
  9. I can’t see how you can ever get full agreement as people can read the exact same thing and interpret it in different ways.
  10. Thank you Glen...matters need to be brought out into the open.
  11. Miller may be the first player in history to refer to the ‘chief exec’ as Bro! 😄
  12. Agree. I think out of the signings so far, he has the least potential. Poor man's Hedges 😂
  13. So 6 midfielders (only Dunny and Flitcroft with a tackle in them) and 2 forwards. 2 spaces left for defenders - now that would be entertaining and make the JDT era look very cautious!!
  14. As far as iv'e seen all our CB's or the 3 we have left before newbies are all lacking in pace and all more suited to a deep lying well protected counter attacking style. Van Hecke on loan was probably the last guy who could cover ground on his own outside the box and he was obviously a bit raw.
  15. I don’t agree with Elliot’s assertion that Toth will be able to use the ‘playing minutes’ method of converting to a non ESC player. The wording of that part of the regulation is below, to me the crucial words are ‘within the twelve months following the date on which he was granted a GBE’:
  16. Yeah me too... Although we hadnt seen them in a Rovers shirt Baath and Weiman were experienced Championship players you could expect to slot in. Our team for the opener (against Derby) last season. In terms of players not established in the Championship it was jus tGueye, with Ohashi off the bench. JRC lacked real dependability too I guess. Otherwise all pretty solid. This year we look like we will be throwing Alebiouso and De Neve in, with nothing really from the bench in terms of experience. Hedges doesn't worry me as while frustrating attacking wise he will compete and do his job. With total newbies like de neve and Alebiouso theres a chance they just get taken apart...
  17. Back from a great weekend at Kendal Calling. Highlights: > Prodigy - what a way to close the main stage. Few technical issues with the screens not giving the full experience but still awesome. > Elvana - I'd heard of these but never seen them. They were outstanding, the crowd was insane for them as well. > High Fade - we started to watch Kaiser Chiefs on the main stage but they were just a bit bland so we left after 30 mins. Wandered into one of the smaller tents just after these guys came on and wow - took the roof off. > Reverend & The Makers - had a Saturday afternoon slot and smashed it. I've liked some of their stuff but never really done a deep dive but am keen to listen to more and see them again. > The Kites - never heard of them before but very good. > Fat Boy Slim - great Saturday night party headliner but he's just pressing 'play' isn't he? 🙂 > Lottery Winners - another band I've not really heard much of but really good live, great front man. Overall a great experience - we'll be back in the fields in 2026!
  18. I would say it was one of the biggest, yeah
  19. Tugay and Colin Hendry weren't bad.
  20. Sorry Glen, just one other question. What date did you send the edited version to the club and was every attendee in agreement with the content, or did you meet some resistance?
  21. Thanks Glen. This is exactly what I thought, but as you will have read, some people still want to disguise this and my comment that the fans have been taken for mugs, who are led to believe the minutes are fair and accurate, now has more weight now. I sincerely hope this is a one off and all other recorded and posted minutes were indeed fair an accurate and nit diluted to suit the clubs agenda. If there weren't then I genuinely despair.
  22. No contribution from the wide open style of play then ?
  23. I can answer thst , as i sent the edited version. Some things missed, some things needed more detail, some things misrepresented or incorrect. Duncan and I have agreed to do a podcast to talk about a number of things and no doubt we will discuss the FF meeting and add meat to the bones were applicable
  24. I see the rules around ESC players is another thing Elliott doesn’t understand properly.
