  1. Past hour
  2. Pretty sure they brought Miller straight back in when he returned from international duty. We're absolutely desperate, so he'll probably play.
  3. Two trophies in the last 12 months as well. More than Arsenal, City, Liverpool, Real Madrid.
  4. Probably the first fair assessment on Henriksson I've seen - He's getting fed to the wolves.
  5. I know footballers are all about the job/work/pay, but I'd not come anywhere near Ewood Park if given the chance and he knows the club better than most. What must he have thought when Waggott brought a handful of fans into the club to speak to the players? I seem to recall Josh giving them some grief and them, the players, moaning about it, what a place, what a club, shambles.......
  6. I actually said to my mate yesterday that when Rovers whip in a rare ball at the other end nobody in our line up would attack it like Cashin did ! Says a lot about modern day fwds but him as well, i think he'd be safer up top and certainly more threat than hairband Eric.
  7. Last time they sold the two best defenders and ultra reliable goalscorer who combined had kept our heads above water regardless of managers and tactics we ended up relegated. So history is repeating itself even before this dud is factored in.
  8. He's picking these players and shoehorning them in because his job is give them Championship mins and create value. That trumps EVERYTHING at Blackburn Rovers.
  9. Just want to see a video pop up on social media of one of our more unhinged supporters absolutely pelt him for a solid 15 minutes, pure unadulterated Lancastrian gob shite abuse!
  10. Not only Henriksson he picks De Neve as well . playing with 9 !
  11. Cashin up front wouldn't be a bad shout with his finishing yesterday
  12. Sammy certainly looks fed up down there and he's way too good to be bench fodder but the chances of getting him back here are slim to non. No point dreaming.
  13. He shouldn't be after spending time out injured with Nigeria and only getting back to the UK today or tomorrow but have we any choice but to start him?
  14. After his comments after yesterday's game there is absolutely no way he can continue. The fact that they're looking like offloading Mateta to Juventus as well leaves them in a right mess. Full expect Adam Wharton to move on in the summer as well.
  15. Br fair though, the Club is doing its best got ensure the boycott is a success.
  16. That's a great tale to tell and envious of your closeness though far away! The roots that lead to Blackburn Rovers are far and wide. Built up through 135 of pride
  17. To my knowledge Rovers have only beaten Swansea at their place once in god knows how long - 3 nil away win early in JDT's tenure. It is not a happy hunting ground and I see no reason for that to change on Tuesday. Swansea 2 - 0 Rovers The team I would like to see: Toth Atcheson O'Riordan Pratt Alebiosu Tronstad Baradji Pickering Cantwell Ohashi Jorgensen The team we will likely see is the same one that started on Saturday but with Jorgensen up front alongside Ohashi and Henriksson dropping out.
  18. Bollocks. Not exactly what anyone wanted to hear Dee Cee. Good to see you're on top of things mentally. That's the most important thing.
  19. They say there on a row telling us that the squad they assembled in the summer was better than the squad we had before the summer. I am still waiting on any argument that will convince me that that is even remotely true.
  20. Today
  21. The Stranglers - Hanging Around
  22. Assume RG will be sacked at the end of the season, whether we stay up or not? It's clear that the data driven approach to player recruitment and the appointment of Ismael has been a spectacular disaster. Oh, wait, we're not a normal club are we? He'll probably get promoted to CEO
  23. I might be mistaken, but I think he has a worse record than Kean, doesn’t he? EDIT: Just checked, he actually has a lower win % than either of them.
  24. This would surely be an argument packed full of contradictions… Venkys are the best we can possibly hope for, but due to the current state of the club (after 15 years of their ownership) we couldn’t possibly hope to improve on statistically the worst performing manager the club has ever seen? All those people need to do is ask themselves why they see modern day Rovers as such a poisoned chalice that we couldn’t do better than a manager with a win rate of 28%. Or would they just tell us we’re a league one club in waiting and that’s the natural order of things?
  25. I see Chelsea fans were protesting against their ownership yesterday. Spent £1.3bn and the fans still ain't happy. Some effort that.
