He has set a target. 2 or 3 new academy players every season is a huge and probably unrealistic. Some years the well will be dry. -

They are desperate to grown another team to sell within a couple of years that's what the rush to 2/3000 mins is all about as well as driving down the wage bill. We have the spine, structure and experience to maybe allow that for another season at Championship level but beyond that.... -

Gestede has, he wants 2-3000 minutes from academy players this season. -
So a big pal or family member were due to married at the same time as Swansea at home… and you’d say ‘no, can’t make it, sorry’.

Like I said previously, each person has their own commitments and what they are. Some of the above do happen and some of them don't in my life but don't affect my ability to attend Rovers matches. Rovers is my main social activity these days and it's been that way for many years now as I have said many times on here -
So just judge the Saudi regime on how they run Newcastle United and not how they brutally slaughter children in Yemen. Good to see your moral compass is well callibrated.

The way you posted it's like you knew what we offered and it's was poor offer. Clearly you don't. His interview recently suggests he thinks he can get a move to PL club. Abit too ambitious, I think his best move would be to stay here and being a key player for our team. I think he move aboard or to a club like Norwich or Ipswich will be his next move

No-one has said we should be over reliant on Academy players but some of us reckon that some players like Tyjon, Duru and Montgomery should be part of the first team squad. Tyjon is highly rated that we big clubs want him, Duru I think he should have been Brittain's back up last season not JRC who isnt a right back in million years. Montgomery impressed his appearances and I want to see him play more. Bringing through 2 or 3 academy players every season should be the aim of our Academy given its a cat 1 Academy. Why shouldnt that be the aim for us? If they are good enough, they are old enough. No one has set any targets for young players. He's get plenty right. He reported clubs interested in this or that player, yet some people misinterpreted that for he is signing here. People don't read the story right. Like someone said Tyjon is off to Arsenal based on Nicko's article which isn't what Nicko reported. He reported Arsenal interest in Tyjon and Arsenal are willing to offer £1m plus bonuses for him. -

Guys, I judged them on what they actually do as owners of the club and NOT outside influences of them owning and running a football club properly. Newcastle owners have done a very good job as owners of that club since they bought it. That's all they should be judged on! -
That's how sports washing works, mate.

Mccoist is ok but Ferdinand has always been a dreadful commentator/pundit. Lets be honest, any commentator was bound to "fawn" over that PSG team. To win a Champions League final 5 nil and play such incredible football, if ever there was a performance worthy of so much praise then that was it. The likes of Doue, Dembele, Kvaratskelia etc are unbelievable. But I just find Ferdinand and some of the weird shit he comes out with to be intolerable. As you say, thank god he is leaving.

Adolf Hitler was bad, but he introduced some of the first animal welfare legislation in Europe. Is Caddy psychically channeling that weird, racist Vegan Teacher social media scoundrel I've heard about? -
All you need to know today's is Iron Maiden are still awesome live. Sure they did the hits the hardcore fans would moan about, but they didn't them at full speed and volume when they are in their 60s. If any of us had that liveliness at that age, we'd be happy. And Bruce's voice was great.

and that will never happen till Venkys have gone.

Thank fuck Ferdinand is leaving tnt. Couldn't stand another season of him fawning over psg and their 'incredible magical wonderful ' players and great supporters. Hopefully mccoist follows him out the door soon
-
Exactly but they don't give a toss and they get paid anyway whether he leaves for a fee or walks for nothing, club suffers but they don't. They don't support it and get the same rewards the season after whether the team finishes 6th or 16th.

Compared to you I am obviously.
-
I know what the original point was, but you said you couldn't bare to watch Rovers in a stadium with 6000 rattling around, did you or did you not? If you stay away because of the lack of support, you're obviously adding to the problem that you're complaining about. Are you Einstein in disguise ?

Quick question, just the same one you've been dodging for a few years now. Now that Swag has left the building, can you please tell us what it was that he promised you would happen? You know, the 'big changes' that you shat on about repeatedly. Surely you can just tell us. What have you got to lose?
