  1. Past hour
  2. Jørgensen on, hope you got some goals in you
  3. Play ze ball around our own half of ze peeeetch and look like we are playing well.
  4. If he goes today at least we'll get some "Cashin horror as Ismael cashes out" type headlines. The most exciting thing that will happen this season.
  5. All Birmingham fans could say about him was how slow he is. Not sure Ismael has a clue about his team or set up really. I know we have a lot of injuries but he’s somehow squeezed De Neve back in, and continues to plod along with Hendrikson. It’s like a lucky dip with him.
  6. we all expected this mess at the start of the season,it`s the old adage, get rid of decent championship players and replace them with ones not as good, you will plummet down the league
  7. Would love to be a fly on the wall in the dressing room in games like these under VI (so fairly regularly). Wonder what on earth his instructions are
  8. It's rather like complaining about the band on the titanic being out of tune.
  9. Time for our £3m striker I reckon.
  10. Toth spilled, but Cashin stood still and let the Ipswich player tap in, and McLoughlin wasn't even looking in the direction of the ball at any point. As with everything it's often a combination of poor decisions rather than one specific one.
  11. After the OG he didn't do much better too. Just sloppy all round.
  12. Cashin only on the stretch for the OG due to how slow he was running back towards our goal. Not looking fit or sharp.
  13. If the Manager’s / Club’s specific instructions were to not put the ball in the opposition net, under any circumstances, I don’t think we could be any less threatening ! More especially at 2 0 down with nothing to lose, really is shameful !
  14. Toth also made a fantastic save. I don’t know whether he was entirely at fault for the second but will watch again The point stands - this is not because we have Toth and Tronstad. It’s a manager without a clue and a squad of players who are, on the whole, simply not good enough for this level of football
  15. Absolutely. Interestingly, looking back at Coyle's results from that season, I don't think he ever had a run of 1 win in 12. 2 in 12 yes, but never worse than that. Ismael simply has to go.
  16. No shots on target. How the hell do we score!
  17. I agree but to be clear I was being facetious with that comment
  18. It’s what we expect, when we’re without 11 first team players. No surprise, really. 2nd half: Let’s see what Jorgy can do
  19. Wait until you hear about the stats showing that we were the better team in the first half...
  20. They're not helping are they? Toth at fault with the 2nd.
  21. Rovers death began in 2010 at the hands of some halfwits with inherited wealth, a dodgy geezer and a bald opportunist. In the last few seasons we've been waiting for the life support to be switched off but it's now clear they get off on the suffering. Coming from a long lineage of Rovers fans I'm not sure if I want to witness this. Val's just another poor manager overseeing the continuing destruction of our once great club, making a lot of money with little talent. Gestede's just another opportunist picking the bones. Pasha's the chief architect. Not a football man, just a bean counter for a chicken company winging his way to a solid fortune whilst leaving misery in his wake.
  22. There's a lot to choose from but Henriksson must be one of the worst players to put on the famous shirt in the past 10 years. Absolutely abysmal player. I'm genuinely not convinced he's a professional footballer.
  23. Warren Lucy I think he's called. Makes chaddy look pessimistic.
  24. Like Coyle was, he will be here all through the transfer window to “align” with Rudy’s plans. In February he might become Rudy’s scapegoat.
  25. Totally understand. The destruction they caused in the early 2010's caused me to not only check out from Rovers, but from football completely for over a decade. It took Englands performances in the 2018 World Cup and Euro 2020 to finally bring me back to watching football regularly. I watched no league or European football at all between 2011 and 2021. When I did start watching again I made an agreement with myself that I wouldn't allow myself to get so emotionally invested in it again like I was before to the point it ruins your weekend if your team loses. I now try to view football through the lens of entertainment, hence why I find myself watching United vs City today rather than the Ipswich game.
  26. I hope you aren’t pinning this on Toth and Tronstad, Rev. There’s 9 other players - none of which are good enough. Cantwell is a luxury we cannot afford, the front two aren’t really strikers and well, the rest of them aren’t worth mentioning
