Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach
davulsukur replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
There is nothing complicated about it. He's an awful manager who cannot win football games. He needs to go, now. -

If he had any self respect he’d have quit by now. -

"it seems complicated" That's either lost in translation or the statement of a man out of ideas. -

I don't think so. The worst thing is, he's got his easiest game of his life coming up against a team full of villagers. We will scrape it and hey presto, he's the man for the job. -

the young lads will be the core of the team next season,i imagine most of the senior pro`s will be sold or listed as open to offers -
The final ball / cross and the movement from the front line is just so poor. We played well only in the fact we had more of the ball, but on incursions into each others final third they looked more dangerous. Some of our overhit crosses are embarrassing. De Neve just running the ball out for a goal kick summed up the quality of the incomings. I remember Kargbo doing exactly the same thing last year.

You get rid of the manager and it gives Gestede and his gimp 6months of grace. Take our medicine now, in the hope the Indian rats sod off for me, no guarantees of course, but we need rid of the regime, not that rubbish they employee. VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS -

Shite, not creativity or attacking threat at all. Only players that broke the lines were O'Riordan and Alebsiou.. Two defenders! -

Fair, but morality isn't about being pure, but about doing something meaningful. What is more likely to have any impact, lambasting Jordan Henderson for moving to Saudi, or lambasting the UK football authorities for giving the game away to global billionaires (including, but not exclusively, the Saudi despots)? It wasn't long ago that Russian oligarchs were the norm in our game, of course and the game has 'Emirates' emblazoned across it these days. Better to boycott Saudi World Cup or the US World Cup (which the current regime will flaunt), or use it as an opportunity to critique the corruption of the football authorities - as well as the situations in Saudi Arabia/US (and ties to UK)? To be fair, I might boycott the World Cup personally, frankly on grounds of dullness... But that is increasingly applying to a lot of football. Back on Buckley, whenever I try to watch highlights etc., he seems to be ambling around, somewhat off the pace. But he has some assists and goals and is holding his position in the team, so fair play to him. -

st pauli are struggling in the bundesliga and it appears he`s out of favour,no shame in being out of your depth in that league,he`ll most likely be great in league one,so it could be an astute signing for next year,we should really be going all out for that lad at motherwell imo,he really will make a difference -

He simply has to go now but he's just one part of a quartet that've infested control of the club, running it for their own agenda. He's all part of the bigger down grading, cost cutting player commission trading plan and won't be paid off anytime soon even though he'd probably jump at the chance. Best thing they can do from the inevitable sale of RA is pay this guy off and get in a firefight asap till summer. They won't though because no one gives a fuck they'll just amble on to relegation just like last time. Then expect to chuck 2 million quid in the pot and get promoted again first time, utter lunatics and they better wise up because if they think that boycott was nothing just wait until next seasons crowds and then they'll realise it's no joke. -

The squad is absolute wank, and the manager isn't far behind. Even if this is a League One-bound side, no self-respecting operation would persist with a manager who isn't fit for purpose. If we twisted now, a new manager bounce might be enough to see the club avoid relegation. This is pure negligence of the highest order.
