Hi Mack Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I got told today, when Rovers & Bumley play each other this season (both games) The police are wanting the closure of EVERY pub in both towns (& surrounding towns & villages) in an effort to stop trouble & drunken behavior. Has anybody else heard owt? Surely they won`t do such a terrible thing!! My house? 200 cans of stella?anyone interested?

Ste B Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Any of the Claret Co-operative read Brendan Flood's book yet? Any of the Claret Co-Operative read ? The most popular books in Burnley come with Crayons.
Presty On Tour Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I hope Steven Caldwell got a good view off Pedersen's finish tonight. I hope he likes it because it will be regular viewing when we meet!
OhmiBRFC Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 It wasn't THAT good! If there's 200 cans of Stella, I'm involved.

SamDingle Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 The only game that matters is the next one. There's so much looking to past achievements on here. Not worried about this season at all I suppose, eh guys? We're going to teach you a football lesson.
bob fleming Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 We're going to teach you a football lesson.
alexanders Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 I have to say that G Alexander looked very good against Norway last night at least until Caldwell got sent off and they got down to 10-men. Good vision and passing.
adopted scouser Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Ordered my Sky HD yesterday, got the £49 box for nowt. It's gonna be great watching, pausing, recording and rewinding the bloodbath on the 18th of October
unluckymorton Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 When did your lot unveil the new away kit Sam?
thenodrog Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 I know for a fact that they are closing all the town centre pubs in Blackburn for the ewood match. Won't it be an early KO anyway?
Roost Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 The only game that matters is the next one. There's so much looking to past achievements on here. Not worried about this season at all I suppose, eh guys? We're going to teach you a football lesson. Thats because you cant remember the last Dingle victory, you deluded fool. CAPT KAYOS Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 i am sat next to DAVID EDGARS mum at the moment Does she drink Guinness? Make sure there's nobody around with any lighters Waggy
roversmum Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 When I answered the door to the postman today he recoiled at the sight of my Rovers shirt. Turned out he is a Dingle. After he'd given me my post and disappeared I realised he'd given me the post for the rest of the street and not mine. He crept back rather shamefaced a few minutes later and swopped it
ABBEY Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 just back from mexico where we got friendly with a stoke fan and it was funny they hate burnley as much as us (not quite but you get my drift).
American Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Is it me, or is Rovers fans criticising Burnley fans about attendances akin to David Beckham criticising Ashely Cole for having an untalented singer as a wife?
yorkyclaret Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Is it me, or is Rovers fans criticising Burnley fans about attendances akin to David Beckham criticising Ashely Cole for having an untalented singer as a wife? I'd say more like a load of 6 year olds saying 'my dad's bigger than your dad'
jumpin' Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Or as it is in burnley "my dad is your dad", no offence mind.
yoda Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 I'd say more like a load of 6 year olds saying 'my dad's bigger than your dad' not when you have had 4 million more through the gates
