For most clubs it would be but isn't Blackpool's max. wage 'only' £10k / week ?

Cant see Nicko seeing SWP or RSC as good news....its Adam im confident

As for wages of our boys....Andrews wont be on massive wages, Brown either & Dunn is coming towards the end of his career - perhaps we will subsidise part of it too?

There are several answers to that but is English his first language?

Apparently born in Guadeloupe and described as a French footballer.

I would presume English is not his first language.

They've never hidden their intentions.

They want a football club to raise the profile of their business, as a result of which they want to expand and make more money from their business.

To do this, their going to have to make a success of this venture, and that means making Blackburn Rovers successful.

Anyone can state intentions, its the follow-through we are waiting (and hoping) for.

Don't hold your breath Brownie, whilst I welcome the new owners, rational signings seem a while off yet.

Then again SWP is needed to supply the ammunition for Roque, maybe we’ve dumped Roque and taken SWP instead on loan :D

Don't know if anybody has covered this yet, as I'm struggling to keep up with the thread. But to debunk this idea that you can't buy well in the Jan window, here are some off the top of my head we have signed in Jan for great prices. Ryan Nelsen (Free), Stevie Warnock (1.5 million), Christopher Samba (500k).

Although it was a big fee, I'd suggest Andrew Cole was worth every penny when we signed hin in january in our first season back too.
