thenodrog Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 The Bald gits 'two wins' is looking a bit sick now. If there is anything worse than a bad manager it is a bad manager with a jinx.
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Wigan 3 up. Its between us, Bolton and QPR.
broadsword Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Bet we're not 4-1 any more. If it stays like this and rangers get something tomorrow then the pressure on our lot will be immense.
Backroom Tom Posted April 28, 2012 Backroom Posted April 28, 2012 Anyone fancy us against Wigan then? Well done to Wigan though
RibbleValleyRover Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 That's us pretty much done now. Thanks a lot Balaji, Venkatesh, Anuradha and Steve.
Grabbi Graeme Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Even if we win tomorrow you just wonder if that will be enough to keep us up, Wigan will be up for it next week when they come here. On a side note Time to say goodbye always sends a tingle down my spine when I hear it, always remember it played before the Norwich game after Jacks death.

Everything we built over 20 years, gone. And the owners and their puppet don't give a (Please don't use that word again).
roverandout Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 yep i remember that, the norwich players and rovers players laying wreaths, i had tears in my eyes at the end of that song and tribute, the whol ground including norwich fans stood up and applauded and cheered
bob fleming Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Sat here with Soccer Saturday on, looking at the scores coming in. Just had a look at the league table, not looking too good to me. Then I remembered! It's "in our hands"! It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing! It came as quite a relief that I can tell you. 4 0 Wigan, it doesn't matter!
bobsterbrfc Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Congratulations Wigan. We are a shambles and deserve to be relegated; today wasn't necessary to know that.
iceman dave Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Need villa and qpr to stay as they are but I can't see it we need all 9pts now don't think 7 will do it
perthblue02 Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Good 4th goal by Di Santo, Wigan looking good, thought the Wigan game would be our only points out of the final three games, but watching the way they are playing today, if they play like that at Ewood they will take the points
RibbleValleyRover Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Is it wrong that i've got to the point of indifference? It's been on the cards since the start of the season, we deserve to go down.
sjsbrfc Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Steve Kean says we will stay up, is there any reason to doubt him?
Backroom Tom Posted April 28, 2012 Backroom Posted April 28, 2012 Is it wrong that i've got to the point of indifference? It's been on the cards since the start of the season, we deserve to go down. I've been like that since the west brom game Even if all our rivals lost it wouldn't make a difference we will get 3 points absolute maximum It's over, it's been coming. We will but all but mathematically down before we play Wigan if teams win next Saturday, I can see its going to happen live on sky next Monday!
thenodrog Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 That's us pretty much done now. Thanks a lot Balaji, Venkatesh, Anuradha and Steve. Surely you haven't forgotten the enormous contribution of the Fat Controller aka The Dark Lord? From the shadows he's traded the future of an entire football club for base greed. Blood money even. Anyone care to guess what he's made out of introduction fees, agents commission from manager and players and inter agent player trading i.e monies gained from the Rochina and Ribeiro deals? A wild guess but I'd take a stab that his involvement stands at between £5-£10 million. Small wonder that Allardyce was seen as a major stumbling block in his plans and had to be disposed of quickly. Yet no one out there appears to give a flying (Please don't use that word again)! This season a few insults between a couple of players of different skin colour, a spoilt Argie wannabee golfer and some surgeon managing to move Wayne Rooneys pubes a couple of feet up his body have been bigger news ffs!
roverandout Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 if we are down by wigan game, everybody should ignore the match and concentrate on getting rid of venkys and kean
