Audax Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Well, I don't care what one says about Suarez, his 3rd goal today was one of those long kicks close to the midfield line, think of that famous long goal Beckham once made. Now that is a pleasure to watch. I don't know when the last time there was one like that in the PL but surely not long ago and of course, in that Bolton/Everton match this year, was the goalkeeper goal.

I was about to post similar. He has had his bad press but he absolutely tore Norwich apart. He scored 3, missed a few more, especially when he got cheeky and tried to lob the keeper. His close control and turning are unbelievable.
Backroom DE. Posted April 28, 2012 Backroom Posted April 28, 2012 If I was Paul Lambert I'd be asking the Norwich board for some funds next season if they want to stay in the top flight. I know they have nothing to play for but it appears they've been well and truly found out recently.

It will sound wierd on the day he scored 3 great goals but if he could finish he's be brilliant, he misses so many chances usually though

If he could finish he would be up there with Messi. He misses chance after chance. He has only scored 10 or so in the league, definitely less than Yakubu.

For what its worth a Cardiff player scored one a couple of weeks back that was from some way inside his own half. It was quite impressive.

Backroom Tom Posted April 29, 2012 Backroom Posted April 29, 2012 Chelsea fans singing Anton what's the score Stay classy guys
Clitherover Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Come on Chelsea, another six and we're on level goal difference to QPR!
MarkBRFC Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 At least we cant be relegated before we play Wigan now, and who knows, us QPR and Bolton could all be level on points at close of play today.
Backroom DE. Posted April 29, 2012 Backroom Posted April 29, 2012 QPR, Rovers, Wolves? Looking at the remaining fixtures it seems the most likely outcome.
Majiball Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 QPR, Rovers, Wolves? Looking at the remaining fixtures it seems the most likely outcome. QPR, Wolves, Bolton, come on you know we'll stay up as it's all we've planned for. PS to all those who favored a QPR win, I hope you didn't back it up.
Backroom DE. Posted April 29, 2012 Backroom Posted April 29, 2012 I keep forgetting all we have to do is beat Wigan and Chelsea and get a point today. Easy mistake to make though.
Backroom Tom Posted April 29, 2012 Backroom Posted April 29, 2012 If nobody does a Klinnsman today in these conditions ther is something wrong with the world
roverandout Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 never seen a worse keeper in the premiership than kenny, he really is awful, league 1 standard in my opinion, i said the same thing when we played them at ewood!!!

Backroom DE. Posted April 29, 2012 Backroom Posted April 29, 2012 Love how the Sky commentators completely ignore the Chelsea fans booing Anton Ferdinand for being racially abused... you can guarantee if it was Rovers fans booing Steve Kean for being the worst manager in the history of the club we'd be labelled as barbaric savages who don't deserve a club.
roverandout Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 ah yes alan fetis, remember when rovers fans clapped him ironically when he saved a shot in one game, cant remember which it was, we were losing badly that day!!
