It looks like it Jinx ☝️ But you’re right on Duckett, his arrogance got the better of him and he gave his wicket away after 3 or 4 scoop shots on the trot, stupid. But they’ve put us in a good position after 13 overs, England are 92!! Quote

Admiral Nelsen Posted Friday at 12:46 Posted Friday at 12:46 Fabulous morning, couldn't have asked for much better before a ball was bowled. The loss of Woakes still means that we're probably not as ahead in the game as it feels just now. Quote
jim mk2 Posted Friday at 13:45 Posted Friday at 13:45 Two contrasting styles at the crease now..... Root trying to play a proper Test innings and Brook trying to get himself out almost every ball. Quote

Norbert Rassragr Posted Friday at 15:13 Posted Friday at 15:13 Pretty pathetic batting collapse. Our bowlers have to be on form. Quote
jim mk2 Posted Friday at 18:16 Posted Friday at 18:16 England's morning with ball and bat, well on top and then throw it away with the usual batting collapse Match finely balanced and tilted towards India if anything. England, minus Woakes, will have to bowl well Quote
oldjamfan1 Posted Friday at 18:19 Posted Friday at 18:19 We all know what comes next. England will have 2+ days to chase 275 and we’ll get bowled out for under 200 slogging. 1 Quote

jim mk2 Posted yesterday at 10:47 Posted yesterday at 10:47 England doing their best to lose this Test. Another dropped catch and poor bowling Quote
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted yesterday at 14:10 Moderation Lead Posted yesterday at 14:10 I’m honestly not trying to bait anyone or pass any comment on Bazball, but, however you want to look at it, dropping six catches in one match isn’t good enough, IMO. 2 Quote

All in one innings too. I think I heard it mentioned this is the first time it’s happened to England since 2009. Quote
jim mk2 Posted yesterday at 18:24 Posted yesterday at 18:24 Crawley dismissal at the close sealed another poor day for England. We’re stuck with him in the Bazball era but in normal times he’d be dropped by now. Odds must favour India now Quote
Mattyblue Posted yesterday at 18:33 Posted yesterday at 18:33 58 Tests for Crawley at an average of 31 and no doubt he’ll have played 63 by the end of the Ashes… a fair number of very good cricketers pre this era would’ve loved anything like that kind of chance. Quote

jim mk2 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Brainless shot by Bethell. He's had a poor match. Nerves are jangling, England most not throw this away Quote

We were on the ropes there when the rain came. I can still see Woakes coming out to bat tomorrow with us needing 10 or so to win. Its been a terrific series tbf. I was wondering if India’s bowlers would benefit from the rest but it’s just as likely they won’t be able to ‘recreate’ the high they were on. 1 Quote
