BlueMonday Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 It's in Turkish. Does that leave us light up front? JR staying in this window now? Another striker coming in? More questions than answers...
gumboots Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 The translation is hilarious but it seems to say he's signing tomorrow
chaddyrovers Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 It's in Turkish. Does that leave us light up front? JR staying in this window now? Another striker coming in? More questions than answers... We have Rhodes, Graham, Jackson, Brown, Delfouneso.
yoda Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 We have Rhodes, Graham, Jackson, Brown, Delfouneso. So that's one striker then
Amo Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 I still can't understand why he ever went to Aston Villa. More money to fund his football academy? And he thought Ince was a @#/?.
sharpysharps Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 I think given the fact that Brown is suspended and also pap, while Delfouneso is out injured (I think for a while?) leaves us with 3 strikers realistically. If Koita leaves it releases a little bit of cash from his wage to then hopefully put towards the much needed quality players in midfield....fingers crossed

BlueMonday Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Never mind the quality feel the width Chaddy
ChesterRover Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 They also have the wrong photo on the website, picture is of Petschi not Koita
Backroom Tom Posted January 25, 2016 Backroom Posted January 25, 2016 I've thought for a while that Fode wouldn't see out the season here, shame as he has some raw talent but literally no football brain. Unpredictable with a potential to excite but just didn't deliver, wish him well if he goes. Incidentally he just retweeted this tweet Fodé Koita now wants to play the Syli pr! Want want want... Further edit - looking it up Syli is the nickname of the Guinea national team maybe the tweet is about him want it to play for them
Backroom DE. Posted January 25, 2016 Backroom Posted January 25, 2016 No problem with Koita leaving. He's playing well above his level here. Can't fault his work rate, but GB gave him a chance no other manager in this division would have, imo.

Regardless, if we can command a fee then it's not all bad.
Pedro Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 I still can't understand why he ever went to Aston Villa. Incidently, where is Paul pay-check Robinson these days? Yeah, there isn't any transfer news............. As far as I am aware Robbo can't play because teams can't get insurance for him/ridiculous premiums because of the blood clot he had.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Interesting that Pedro. I did wonder why a club hadn't taken a punt on him, so makes total sense.
davulsukur Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Some guy at work (forest fan) reckoned he'd signed for Forest. Edit: possibly just training with them (according to wiki)

RoverMinion Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Somebody randomly told me earlier that we are trying to sign two Everton players on loan with views.Has anyone seen this mentioned anywhere in article. If true would surely be McGeady and Gibson. But how the Hell could we afford to sign them on long-term deals? I've thought for a while that Fode wouldn't see out the season here, shame as he has some raw talent but literally no football brain.Unpredictable with a potential to excite but just didn't deliver, wish him well if he goes.Incidentally he just retweeted this tweetFodé Koita now wants to play the Syli pr! RevidgeBlue Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I'd sooner see Brown and Delfouneso leave before Kofta tbh.

Norbert Rassragr Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Give us a few million and I'd think about it. I'd throw in Williamson too.
RoverMinion Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Give us a few million and I'd think about it. I'd throw in Williamson too. How many of Nathan Delfouneso, Chris Brown, Lee Williamson, Sacha Petshi and Danny Guthrie do we think we could stuff into the boot of Corry's car?

I reckon that we should try and get Barry McKay as part of the deal.

Speedie Dived Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Does he need a piggy back? Think he has done well for us. Not outstanding but well. However, anything resembling a decent price and I would cash in.
