What about people who want to buy presents for children/family members?

I've not bought items like food and drinks down to the options available and price on the concourse for 2 or 3 years now. Instead I buy from the burger van behind the club shop.

buy different presents, this is not a boycott on Christmas, there are other places to acquire stocking fillers than the Roverstore

You ask people to contribute to the cause, you don’t expect everyone to do so.

My lad is football mad and wanted a Rovers shirt, he's 4. This year i bought him kit from classic football shirts for his birthday rather than the club shop. Its doable.

Who says they are stocking fillers presents?

Some parents will be buying shirts/kits for their children as main presents plus other things like hoodies, etc.

You cant expect and shouldn't expect people not to buy them

So, despite your protestations, you are boycotting in some way after all 🤣

In that case, see the below post, and hoodies can be bought from numerous stores

Not all. I made choice 2/3 seasons ago that the food and drinks options available arent to what I want so I go elsewhere or bring my own food.

Has anyone seen that Ricky gervais joke, aimed at social media commenters who have to be outraged by everything - its equally applicable here. There's a notice board in the middle of town advertising guitar lessons and someone goes up to it and rips it down shouting "BUT I DONT WANT GUITAR LESSONS"

I made the choice 10/11 years ago that the owners and management aren’t to what k want so I go elsewhere or away games.

What about this, what about that?

This obviously isn't an enforced ban on people spending anything at the club. No-one is going to be picketing the Rovers store.

Just listen to what people are saying, for once.

No it isn't this season. However, alternatives vendors can be sourced for this years kit via google which was more my point and I completely understand not wanting to let children down, but there are ways you can have your cake and eat it.
