If it is true I find it extremely surprising that he is allowed to change the routine so markedly so he can have a birthday bash.

Maybe not quite to the same extent but that has echoes of Rooney at Plymouth allegedly skipping training sessions so he could fulfill media engagements with Colleen.

The club has the issue. Elliott doesn't need to resolve anything that would undermine his journalistic integrity.

Like I said on Saturday, I still don't know what the LT or Elliott Jackson have done wrong for Rovers to ban them, still the none the wiser now what Rovers are so angry about. 

But this issue need resolving now and get Jackson and LT back covering games.

Whilst disrupting the preparation for a bit game by dismantling a process that has been used for years, not just by Rovers. There was also inconvenience to the Brockhall staff who had to stay behind to accommodate Ismaels vanity.

Next week is an international break - surely be would have been better off celebrating then when there are no games to prepare for.

If you think it is acceptable that is your right - I can tell you that a fair number of staff thought it was selfish.

Jackson is still covering Rovers, he is just banned from Ewood and has no access to the players or manager. They tried to get clubs from banning him from away games too. So far Charlton refused to do so and the club aren’t happy about that either, making some accusations about his club conduct on that too.

It seems the club aren’t happy with him reporting certain things and for speaking to players without the clubs permission. There is also accusations being made about him leaking team news.

There is an article online, with the LT refuting most of this, so effectively accusing the club of lying.

Worth having a look, as it does make interesting reading and in my view backs up the accusations of bullying going on at the club.

I wouldnt have wasted my time explaining the above, Chaddy's always first on the ball with any Rovers related news but if something occurs which seems to paint the Club in a bad light beyond reasonable doubt he pleads ignorance and claims to be unaware as to what has gone on.

I read all the statements thanks irac last night than to Elliott tweeted for the Rovers but we need to get an agreement in place that allow the LT properly and be allow in for home games, press conferences, etc

His birthday was on Sunday. Can't see what was stopping him getting back in time for training on Monday as usual - if all else failed he earns more than enough to have hired a private jet.

Interesting read, more damning for VI in that he was appointed to a team that was in the playoffs and that he managed to derail it in a quite unbelievable fashion, even by our own standards. That run of defeats to Derby, Stoke and Cardiff when he first came in who I think were 3 of the bottom 4 at time will live long in the memory.
