Think it will end up being a huge mistake not sending Leonard out on loan and bringing in another striker.

Would there be a club willing to take a risk on Leonard's fitness and not breaking down (again)?Β

Have a weird gut feeling there’s a chance Cantwell may leave now we have a replacement in the buildingΒ

Would be no loss.

Been incredibly disappointing. Who'd been daft enough to take him on high wages though?

not really a val player????? more a ballplayer and not aΒ  full on 90 minute runner

Cantwell won’t be going anywhere and whilst he did struggle at times last season there’s clear abilityΒ

I’d even argue some of our players aren’t on the same page as him see him loads of times receiving the ball head up and no runners leading him to over complicate things or just play safeΒ

a fit cantwell with Kargbo and hopefully new rw I think he will do a lot betterΒ

We arent in a position to be shedding important players.

He had a disappointing season but he has by far the most ability out of anyone in the squad and he does work harder than perhaps given credit for.

He has to do better though.

You will always find someone in league two or one willing to take him on.

You do need some footballers in the side, and I think Cantwell does work a lot harder than given credit for.

Cantwell actually surprised me with his work rate, particularly the longer the season went on.

No complaints from me in that department.Β

Derby are getting more and more confident on Trav. Wonder if he'll play tomorrow? No doubt be his last game.Β
Β

Wonder how the club will work it with replacements? Announce Miyoshi and Baradji before?Β

Feels like there's something afoot with Cantwell.Β  Whether its transfer or personal.Β  Ismael's comments about him being fit but not ready are a bit ambiguous.Β

Hes no longer injured but not quite match fit? That's how I read it anywayΒ

I dont think Ismael wants to risk on getting injury against after missing last week pre season friendlyΒ

I will be detestated if Travs leaves us. To quote Janet Jackson: You don’t know what you got till it’s gone. Missed him so much when he went on loan during JDT era.Β

Continuing the Janet Jackson theme, it'd also show the tits in charge for what they areΒ

He played most of pre season so if he's not injured,Β  he should be fit.Β  Miller is available and he's been out injured for longer.Β

Cantwell missed the Stanley friendly and the NEC FriendlyΒ

Gotta say if the Brum V Ipswich tempo is going to be the benchmark for this season, then there are going to be some great games and shagged players.

Strong squads will be essential.Β

Not really though. As mentioned JDT didn’t rate him and sent him out on loan. He didn’t play much for Ipswich.Β
Β

had nothing to do with the tits.Β

I was so happy when he came back and we were Together again.Β

Agree, but not impressed with either side. Impressed with Alsops delivery. Better not stay too high up the pitch against Brum and risk them just playing above our midfield.Β

It has been an incredible turn from 6 games ago when you wanted Ismael out. (Which is fine)

If its fine why the sly dig again RF99?Β

Now, you cant fathom that anything that unfolds isnt exactly how he has planned. Your opinions also follow exactly what he does or what you think he will do. Youve even created a scenario where you are justifying us going from publically saying that we want a striker, something you agreed with, because hes come up with a miracle fitness regime that will lead to a young lad with repeated recurring injuries coming in and filling that role.

Β I gave you possible situation regarding Leonard and about slowly bringing back to fitness. That's was all. Time to calm downΒ

Its not a conspiracy to suggest that he might (im not saying this is the case) not get everything he wants in a transfer window. As I said, I suspect a lot of managers end transfer windows like that.

Yet again obsessing over this and has nothing to back it up, so what evidence that Ismael hasn't got everything he wants or is unhappy about the window?Β

You spend far too much time obsessing over things that aren't there. Jackson has said that Gestede and Ismael are aligned, so why keep going on about it time after time, if you some info or evidence of this then "spill the beans" RF99?Β

Also on the numbers. 6 or 7 was mentioned. A new first choice right back was clearly not included in that. (Nor was Batth and Weimann leaving)

Already explained all this, if you don't accept the answer but I have answered this question more than once over the summer. The problem is you refused to accept the answer given
