Torgeir Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Do you think they'll sell it online or just a limited number on the day like the 125th one? I was thinking of travelling over for the game (bringing along my 7 year-old son) but looking less and less likely. Quote

Worth it for nostalgia of being at the 150th, something your son can say he came to when he comes to the 200th perhaps. Unsure on the kits though bud. Where are you coming from? 1 Quote

MarkBRFC Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Seen that Derby have sold 2700 tickets and have been told that Rovers won't let them have any more. 1 Quote
Mattyblue Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Can't afford to have Sky Sports on in Blues Bar but happy to turn down potentially thousands of ticket sales. Make it make sense 🤷♂️ 4 Quote
JHRover Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Rovers know full well that this day could turn out to be an absolute humiliation and are ensuring that it isn't going to be Derby's 'big day out'. As is often the case with away sides at Ewood the snowball effect occurs and every tom, dick and harry decides to 'get on it' for the day out with their mates and a bumper away following. Rovers have rolled out the red carpet for such behaviour on many occasions. All of a sudden Derby, who traditionally have struggled to shift 2000 away tickets, are moaning that they can't have more than 2,700, which is still more than they would get at most other grounds in the Championship, and still more than they would need were it not for the fair weather fans jumping on it. 3 Quote

I would like to see a full Darwen End but not as much as I would love to see a full Ewood for the 150th match. Sadly, it just isn’t going to happen because of the state this club is in after the wanton destruction / dismantling by the Indians and their stooges. 5 Quote

Full end I'd pointless if we don't see any of it applied in transfer windows. Quote

I dont want to see a full Darwen End roaring Derby on...we are fighting for our fookin lives and need every advantage. Why the hell are some of our fans so accommodating? 3 Quote
Miller11 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 It should be a 30,000 crowd. The fact it will be not much over half that just shows how much contempt our owners and their trusted employees have for us. We must mark the occasion by showing them how much we want rid of them. 4 Quote
Tomphil2 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Until these clowns showed up this would be a 25k+ gate guaranteed but it seems the entire arse end has finally dropped out of even the remaining hardcore this season. It was always going to happen sooner or later and now we are a doom loop of ruin the team, lose more fans, cut costs and raise prices because of lost fans, rinse and repeat. Idiots then blame the fans. Whilst shadow agent, Gestede, Waggot before him and god knows who else still collect their bumper salaries regardless. If Rachel Reeves worked for Venkys she couldn't have done a better job than their inmate installed here. 1 Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Will any of the Pune Goons who purport to own our Club actually bother to turn up for this important milestone event? Your guess is as good as mine. Quote
Upside Down Posted October 30 Posted October 30 (edited) If ever there was a game for a total boycott then this is it. Obviously not happening though. Too many people just want to get behind the ladz FFS because that's far more important than taking a stand against the people who have systematically dismantled the club for the last 15 years. Announce 1 or 2 legends early on then struggle to find the rest of the team and rely on whoever is in Dunny's phone book. The whole day looks like a complete shambles, 2 games in 1 day on a pitch that has had 2 games called off recently, a 'legends team' with players from our League 1 campaign, a game against Eton despite no link to 150 league years at all, less than 2 weeks and no kit announced. The organisation of this pretty much sums up Rovers these days. Staff clearly too busy with shadow twitter accounts, allegedly. 7 Quote
