I enjoyed the last 30 mins more than many seem to have.

Keeper - will take some cojones to come back from that start

Montgomery - schoolkid, completely at fault for their first.

Miller - put him in the team; much better at playing/passing out than Hyam and that throw should get us 10 goals

Wharton - I’d also put in the team.

Pickering - Pickering

Tavares - reminds me of Wharton Jnr; great awareness, always looking round; shows for the ball and knows what he wants to do; does it in one or two touches.

Tronstadt - maybe he’s the one who has asked to leave

Hendriksson - schoolkid I didn’t notice once

Tyjon - mixed but the good bits were where it counted, set up both Pape’s chances

De Neve - schoolkid who scores.

Pape - Pape

Tavares, Axel, Miller look like decent buys, De neve is not good enough it seems.

We look like a newly put together team, which we are. Montgomery needs to come off as does De neve even though he scored.

It's not quite the doom and gloom some are making out I feel, there's potential in a number of the new guys, they all need to gel sooner rather than later however.

A bit shit that if the truth be told.

Tavares the best of a very average bunch with some shockers thrown in by the keeper, the dead lad on the left (goal aside) and Montgomery who I cannot see anything in and haven't from the get go.

Tyjon - not commenting either way but just on one incident (which of course is not the best basis for judgement I know) -he received the ball on the edge of the box and for me, a hungry selfish instinctive striker takes a snap shot, he had the time but just lazily laid it off. Early days for him obviously and I know he is highly rated.

Not watching but at least encouraged that Tavares is getting some good reviews.

So obviously now a Bradford player has crunched him and he'll probably be injured for weeks or something knowing our luck.

If Michalski has a good head on his shoulders he learns from this and doesn't crumble. I'm not sure why Montgomery is being played at right back when we have just signed two actual right backs, you have to feel that this won't do him any good.

De Neve is going to be polarising, I think he'll score a few goals and run around a lot whilst also just not being that good in general.

Green shoots from some of the others though.

Not understanding the positive reviews of Axel, he's looked shit to me so far.

Couple of nice passes/moves woth Gueye but he's not a winger, needs to play centrally.

Oh, and I quite like the look of Tyjon. He doesn't hide and isn't frightened of taking the ball in tight areas and trying something different. There's definitely a player in there.

Love Miller already, he looks like a great signing.

Strong, up for a fight, and huge throw. Overhead kick clearance on sideline is great commitment.

He's just played two of the worst passes I've seen in ages.
