Hull are flying. Won at Southampton and Preston in there last two away games, we'll be no bother for these.

Rovers 0 Hull 2 in there most comfortable afternoon of the season.

A weeks training with the lads who are coming back will hopefully help things and although Hull are in a bit of form we should be able to match them.

Conceding piss poor goals and missing the odd gilt edged chance that comes our way remains the biggest threat.

I'm thinking 1 - 1 again.

Whenever these two play it has been a nightmare for the home side in recent seasons. Incredibly Hull will be playing us with very realistic expectations of challenging for an automatic promotion spot. All I can see are the biggest thugs in our division..

We have gone 210 minutes without letting a goal in against the Tigers- another 100 minutes or so of clean sheet would be very welcome.

We're absolutely not beating these lot. They're 3rd in the form table, 4th in the league, have won 5 of their last 6 away from home (as @JHRover points out above).

Players coming back or not, we're still a shocking squad with an incredibly poor manager.

I can see us taking an absolute humping here. 

0-3, a load of excuses and a call for calm as we still have 17 games and 51 points to play for)

Rovers 2 - 2 Hull is my prediction. No idea why, just have a feeling that Rovers will manage a point, despite what the form table says. Maybe I'm pinning all my hopes on Gudjohnsen being back and him picking up where he left off before the injury.

Ismael has a really big call to make on what system is used if Gudjohnsen is back. If he starts, then for me it's either this:

              Tronstad    Forshaw

Jorgensen      Cantwell      Morishita

                      Gudjohnsen

 

Or this:

Ohashi simply needs benching. The lad is clearly knackered and his form is abysmal, so time for a break. I much prefer  Gudjohnsen with a strike partner, but I worry about that LWB spot.

Not sure Gudjohnsen would be much cop upfront on his own. I think his success was largely down to having a strike partner who did all the running/donkey work.

The lad can finish if he's right in front of goal but offered little to nothing else for me.

Unfortunately, we need this to be the second coming because we have nothing else available.

We’ve got ourselves into a situation where every game becomes vital and tough games that on paper a point wouldn’t be terrible demand all 3. 
 

We risk being stranded if teams around us put a run of form together.
