Who cares about other clubs, Rovers are the only club you should care about, maybe Darwen FC as well if you’re local 🤣 Sheff Wed have been up s**ts creek for ages but who cares

You should do, we're joining them.

Blackburn Rovers have gone 13 games without a win, and it was Ismaels 21st defeat since he became Blackburn Rovers manager today. Maybe we should give him a cap, worst Blackburn Rovers manager in history.

I still think that has to go to the-deluded-one-who-must-not-be named or Coyle. Ismael's just a poor manager with poor resources.

Played ok and the crowd were behind the team, but once the goal went in it all went to shit.

Taking forshaw off was the turning point for me we lost control in midfield due to Baradji going walkies leaving gaps behind.

For all the possession we failed to carve out any real chances. We just seem clueless in the art of scoring goals.

Ismael has to go but he won’t, should have been sacked months ago.

At least we looked like we could score a goal under Coyle. I'd put them all on a par personally.

Maybe only Jim Iley worse in my lifetime.

Ismael came in "fully aligned" with "the transition" and has completely wrecked us. Can't stand him.

I can't stand Mowbray either but Id even take him until the end of the season over this guy as long as it wasn't permanent.

That's how bad Ismael is.

Not acceptable. 1 win in 15 yet absolutely no chance of any accountability. Obviously the manager has to go but probably the least of our worries.

Not convinced we would have scored had we played all night. Really not sure what Jorgensen is about. Ohashi again missing a key chance. Miroshita buzzes about but often makes poor decisions in the final third.

Cashin again looked decent but not a profile of a player we needed. O'Riordan didnt deserve man of the match last week but should have been a contender today. Tronstad was also good, not sure we need him and Forshaw together.

Alebiosu getting injured a massive blow as Miller is really bad.

views on jorgenson today,he looked lighweight to me but then again he`s clearly out of position and is no way a wide player

Not sure what his strength is meant to be yet.

Gudjohnssen is a good finisher who takes up good positions. Ohashi works tirelessly and is mobile. But Jorgensen I haven’t worked out yet. He’s not looked terrible and hopefully over time we will work out what he will bring.

Hull fans singing "You're going down with the Wednesday".

They're sat watching a poor team beat another poor team in a half empty ground and have have zero empathy.

Scum.

Thought it was quite amusing and inventive. Better than 'get into em' or silence.

And Baradji had his on a plate and put it over

It wasn't on a plate -he did a smart turn to get it on his left and then yes, he skied it. Certainly not a sitter.

The atmosphere at Ewood has been poor for many years. It was hardly Leeds at the best of times but there's been nowt to shout about for a long, long time.

I'm not an optimist, but I anticipate there'll be nowt to shout about for many years to come. Things will keep getting worse for Blackburn Rovers until one day they don't.

Yeah, thought Forshaw was playing well, I certainly clapped him off.

He could still come good but was not the signing we needed.

Fourth when we go down this time

No I said a third of our history, not the third time in our history. To my memory we will have been down there 6 seasons? Might be 4 or 5 in which case it's worse.

Early days, but getting Grabbi vibes off Jorgensen. Doesn't really look like what we need at all. Needed a goal scorer but  looks like he might be a fairly ineffective non scoring wide man.

Not cheap by our standards at all either.

He looked ok in a front 2 alongside Ohashi, on the shoulder of the last man, he has so far offered little from wide areas, and cant see him working as a lone striker

I still think the switch back to a 4-2-3-1 has been mistimed given we have a glut of centre backs, no actual wingers (Jorgensen & Morishita are better centrally and De Neve offers nothing) , and now have 3 fit strikers.  I think we would have been better suited spending the window finding some wing backs and going all in on  3-5-2

Just got back. What a dispiriting game that was. Two very average teams separated by the one real scoring chance of the game.  It just shows what a really poor league this is if Hull are in the play offs.

Toth 6 , hardly had  a save to make. He didn’t look great at corners. I see we parked Cantwell up field to pull two defenders back with him at corners. Good idea.

Alebiosu 7, our one real danger man. He had Miller on toast until he got injured making that shot were he nearly scored. Top class save there. Most of our threat went with him at half time.

O’Riordam 6, ok, didn’t do much wrong and didn’t look out of place.

McCloughlin 6, ditto.

Cashin 7, He reminded me of John Bray. To beat him you have to run around him, and it’s a long way around. He had a really good game for me.

Tronstad 7, the usual performance. Busy and always putting in a tackle.

Forshaw 6, ok but not very mobile. Having said that would they have scored if he’d have still been on ?

Cantwell 7, I’d have given him 8 but for the poor dead ball kicks. I thought he was our best player. Always showing for the ball no matter how closely he was marked.

Morishita 6, worked hard and showed some neat touches.

Ohashi 6, ran all over the front line but the minute he’s had to play have blunted him. It was significant that our overall energy levels dropped once him and Morishita had to go off.

Jorgensen 5, the only thing I can remember him doing was his the header over the bar. I can’t figure out what he is. Not tricky enough for the wing, not physical enough to lead the line. Strange signing.

Subs Baradji 7, at least he looks like a footballer. Nice touch on the ball and he can see a pass.

Miller 6, not an attacking player in a million years. Not entirely his fault.

DeNeve 4, that incident where he ran the ball into touch behind the goal summed him up. Way out of his depth.

It was too high not a sitter.

We've just spent (allegedly) £3m on you, pal. You'd better score an unchallenged header from 6 yards out. Especially when you've done fuck all for the other 97 minutes.

Yeah but there's no actual squad planning going on.

Switch to a 3-5-2 mid-season so we can't use Ribeiro and Pickering. Switch back to a 4-2-3-1 and can't say no to Cashin - so we can't use Ribeiro and Pickering.

Just bonkers.

He made the chance for himself but then leaned back on the ball a bit.

Should have hit it first time - hard, low, on target. Ball can go anywhere then. Instead he stopped, cut back onto his weaker foot and blazed it over the bar.

We were on about Toth,he's looked far from convincing since he came back.

I've been critical of Baradji but thought he looked solid when he came on, looked strong and seem keep possession better than he has done - Has an eye for a pass as well.

Just needs to work on his positioning defensively, hopefully he's a slow burner.

I thought mcburnie was a better player than this.  He's shocking

All he did today was try to ref the game then roll about when Cantwell gave him a love tap. I was expecting a lot more to be honest. Having said that the service he got was poor. He kept going up against the kid but O’Riordan held him really well.
