If I was to write a bit more of a detailed review of the game this is exactly how I’d have put it so nice one Blueboy I agree with you on Armstrong, he’s not a winger simple as and neither is Brereton. Both clearly not suited to the role unfortunately. Nyambe has impressed me all season, and Bell with Bristol city aside has seemingly grown in confidence with every game and he got forward today a lot more than he has done in past games. Our team togetherness and spirit is there for all too see, we might not have the most quality in our side but if any team comes to Ewood this season and isn’t up for it or has an off day i’d fancy us to beat them I really would.

My “F**k knows where that figure came from” was in reference to the amount of added time the ref gave. Seemed excessive too me. You really think an equaliser looked inevitable? I can’t remember too many chances villa had towards the end of the game. Abraham put one wide but that was it really, they were 1-0 down they were obviously going to come at us, but for me they really didn’t look like scoring and bar that free kick I don’t think they would have scored. I’m the first to say when we haven’t played well but I have no complaints over today’s performamce and I think you’re being a bit over critical too be honest pal.

Were Villa on top for the last 20 minutes? I wouldn’t say so, we definitely dropped off a bit i’ll say that but when they got the equaliser was it really coming or a matter of time? Not for me, they weren’t doing much at all. Reed was naive and Grealish knew what he wasn’t doing and bought the free kick and they sucker punched us. It wasn’t coming though for me, it was in the 93rd minute they equalised. I don’t think there was 20 minutes of constant villa pressure, we were still trying to attack up until the 90 minute mark when we naturally sat off. 5 minutes of added time too? He did so well to chest it down and just couldn’t get the shot off. He should be played centrally or not at all, as even after seeing so little of him it’s blaitantly obvious he’s not suited to playing on the wing. He struggled today.

Reed played a part in our goal and looked very lively when he came on, it was definitely a free kick and a silly one to give away but I wouldn’t be overly harsh on him. I expect him to overhaul Smallwood in the team soon. Nyambe MOTM for me today another very good display from him, too be honest not many players had a bad game today. I honestly think we played pretty well today overall. More positives than negatives that’s for sure.

There’s nothing at all to suggest he was NEARLY jailed, talk about making a mountain out of a molehill!! I’m sick of hearing about this whole Dack thing, he’s made a mistake. We move on, he’ll score on Saturday and hopefully it will never be mentioned on here again ???

I have reservations over some of his decision making and his "football brain" they say you can't coach that but the kid clearly has a lot of potential to improve. He's a good player and it's still early days for him here, hopefully the longer he's here and the longer TM gets to work with him the better he'll be. Interesting to see how he progresses but there's enough there for us to persist with him in the side for me.

Rothwell has looked really good so far, but for me all his good moments have come when he drops deep centrally and always looks to go forward. I would not be playing him wide left. Even before the game started today you were saying you wouldn't start Palmer. I don't get what your problem is with him, he's the sort of player you need on the pitch because although his decision making is questionable at times, he's probably the main person in our team other than Dack who could produce a moment of magic. I last came on here a few hours ago and people were arguing, bad bad day today but we move on. Time to prepare for the villa game. COYB cheer up lads.

Jesus Stuart, there's an international break coming up if Dack was told he won't be involved today then what's the issue with him going out last night? Footballers are normal people if they get the chance to go out on a Saturday night they will do. Don't know what all this uproar is about.

If Rodwell is a low risk type deal then it's not too bad. If he revitalises himself it's a huge signing. If he doesn't and we can get shut in Jan or Summer then fair enough. get him and Reed done ASAP then get some frigging attackers in please god!

You've been saying all summer you think Travis is good enough for the first team and should be given a chance? Don't change your tune just because he's now more than likely being loaned out. When moved into the middle tonight he looked really good, really tidy player. Dropped deep and always made him self available, looked to drive forward. Impressive. Absolutely Wasted on the left mind. Play him in the middle or not at all.

Rodwell would have too be a short term deal, doubt he's going to come on a pay as you play deal so a contract till next summer at most, even that sounds too much with his recent "form". Reed would be a good signing, improvement on Smallwood. Glad TM has said Anichebe won't be happening. Couple of attacking additions needed desperately, they should be our main priority right now.

Well I'd have certainly taken a point at half time!!! Rothwell different player when moved centrally, dropped deep and got on the ball and always looked forward impressive. Abysmal First half performance aside, great response second half. Still unbeaten and with Dack hopefully back for Saturday we should take confidence from getting back into that game tonight. Hopefully get a new player in before the weekend to throw in to the mix also as we desperately need it. Nuttall not good enough for the championship but at least he tried when he came on.

Lenihan. Other side of the keeper it's a goal, head it across for someone to tap in, it's a goal ? Anywhere but straight at the keeper basically and it's a goal. Mountain to climb now. Poor poor first half performance, Smallwood shouldn't start another game this season. Bennett needs to be in the centre or not on the pitch, he works so hard but simply doesn't have the quality to be out on the wing. Bell and Nyambe need to be more confident, they are good enough to try and beat their man and run at them. So poor that.
